There's a real satisfaction in following a game from the moment it was announced and cautiously hoping it will be good. Especially when it comes to a series like Silent Hill. Now that I've gotten the Plat and had time to process it, I feel I can put my thoughts together. It's just about everything I could have wanted, one of my favorite games of the year. The one thing I wasn't totally in love with was some of the combat sections, especially on hardest difficulty. People memeing that this is a souls like are goofy because I never felt as frustrated and unsatisfied combat wise in a souls game as I did in some of these harder fights.🤣 But even with that I still loved my time through this game and wasn't sick of it even after the last run. Can't wait to see what we get from Silent Hill next!

Crash got the same treatment that Spyro did where they tried to replace the collectathon platforming genre with weak God of War-style beat em up. The combat is annoying and unsatisfying. The story has a lot of weirdness to it and was mostly forgettable when it wasn't being offensively cringe. I don't even remember what the music sounds like which I guess is better than being memorably bad like Twinsanity.
