   • Refrain from any conduct that could create a hostile or unsafe environment for others.

   You must ensure that any Content you upload:

   • Complies with applicable laws and does not contain or promote illegal, harmful, or explicit material.

   • Does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.

   • Avoids spreading misinformation, spam, or malicious content.

3. Prohibited Activities:
   You may not:

   • Use bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to interact with RankOne Global without authorization.

   • Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes or impersonate others.

   • Disrupt platform operations, including attempting to bypass security measures or exploiting system vulnerabilities.

4. Protecting Account Security:

   • Notify RankOne Global immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Clarification on User Content Ownership

   • When uploading content to RankOne Global, you retain ownership. However, you grant us permission to use, display, modify, and share your content to run and promote the platform.

6. Optional Surveys or Questions

   • You acknowledge that RankOne Global may occasionally invite you to answer optional questions or surveys based on your profile or activity. These prompts are designed to enhance your experience, improve our services, and may also contribute to anonymized aggregated data and insights shared with external partners for commercial or research purposes. These questions are presented for voluntary participation and are not used for automated decision-making or profiling under applicable data regulations.

7. Linked Accounts:

   • You may choose to link one or more external gaming accounts (e.g., Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic) to your RankOne Global account. By doing so, you grant us permission to access relevant data from those services, including game libraries, play history, and related metadata. This connection is optional, and you retain full control over your linked accounts. RankOne Global does not store third-party login credentials and will only access the data you authorize. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of these integrations complies with the terms of the third-party platforms.

4. RankOne Global’s Rights

We reserve the right to:

1. Remove or moderate Content that violates these Terms of Service.

2. Suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

2. Non-Endorsement: The inclusion of advertisements does not imply endorsement of the advertised products or services by RankOne Global.
