Remnant 2 is a solid co-op experience and a natural extension of the first game. It offers a lot more variety in how you can build your character and approach combat, which is definitely a step up from the original. However, while the gameplay itself is fun—especially with friends—there are some frustrating design choices that hold it back. One major issue is the level design. Some maps are huge, and exploring them often feels pointless. You might revisit the same area multiple times with no clear reward, just because the game pushes you to explore for the sake of it. It sometimes feels like this was done just to artificially stretch the playtime. Another major gripe is the random world generation. While it sounds cool on paper, in practice it’s kind of a mess. Important items, weapons, armor sets, or even mission-critical tokens can be locked behind RNG. If the game doesn’t roll the right version of a zone or event, you simply miss out. It’s frustrating knowing your experience might lack content that someone else gets, just because of bad luck. Bosses are hit or miss. Some are too easy, some are annoying—but the final boss stands out. It was actually the most challenging and enjoyable fight in the game, which left a good final impression. Overall, Remnant 2 doesn’t feel particularly special—it’s basically just Remnant 1.5 with more stuff. If it’s on sale, it’s worth grabbing for some fun co-op sessions. But at full price? It’s harder to recommend. Final verdict: 7/10.

A Plague Tale: Innocence genuinely surprised me—in a good way. Going into it, I expected a grounded, perhaps slightly somber historical game. The trailers hinted at supernatural elements, but I still assumed they would play a minor role. That wasn’t the case. The supernatural themes are central to the story and much heavier than I anticipated, giving the game a dark, intense atmosphere I wasn’t fully prepared for—but ultimately appreciated. The core gameplay is stealth-based. Whether that works for you really depends on how much you enjoy stealth mechanics. That said, the game gives you flexibility. If you're skilled and tactical enough, you can fight your way through many sections. Personally, I found it easier to eliminate enemies rather than try to sneak past them—so I took out nearly everyone. The freedom to play either way is definitely a plus. Visually, the game is stunning. The environments are rich and detailed, and they support the bleak tone perfectly. My only gripe is the inability to disable the depth of field effect—it felt restrictive at times, though it’s a small flaw in an otherwise strong visual presentation. The soundtrack deserves praise as well. It complements the tension and emotional weight of the story nicely. Speaking of the story—it's engaging and interesting throughout, with only a few minor hiccups. At times, the game does feel a bit repetitive, especially with its puzzle sections, but it never dragged enough to pull me out of the experience. All in all, A Plague Tale: Innocence is a great game. It might not be what you expect at first glance, but it delivers a compelling experience with strong visuals, music, and gameplay. I’d give it a solid 8 out of 10.

I Had really really good speedruns in the game a good while back, since then there are new bugs found and new tactics for a lot better time but at the time it was 10-15 seconds shy of world record, 10-15 seconds is a lot but hey, its pretty damn close to me.
