Summary:

Final Fantasy III follows four orphaned youths from a quiet village who stumble upon a mystical crystal of light. This crystal grants them magical power and reveals that the balance of the world is collapsing: light and darkness, which must exist in harmony, are dangerously out of sync. Chosen as the Warriors of Light, the four heroes set out to restore the crystals scattered across the world. Along the way, they uncover the legacy of an ancient civilization that misused the power of darkness, nearly destroying everything. Their journey spans floating continents, underwater kingdoms, and ruined cities, gradually revealing that the current crisis mirrors a catastrophe from the distant past.

In this game I emphasize the Job System, which allows us to freely change roles such as Warrior, Mage, Dragoon, or Summoner. As we level up, the narrative shifts from local threats to a cosmic struggle between light and darkness.

My experience was good taking in consideration the Lore of the game, which is the motive that I have to play this games.

Instead, the game introduced a skill-based growth system, where characters improve in the abilities they use—swinging weapons raises weapon proficiency, taking damage boosts HP and defense, and casting spells strengthens magic skills. The narrative is more character-driven than its predecessor, featuring personal loss, betrayal, and redemption—especially.

As per my experience, it was a great game to play taking in consideration that I play for the LORE and not for the mechanics. Square made a good job trying new stuff and it influenced in further titles.
