Persona 5 Strikers is a crossover between Koei Tecmo's hack and slash Dynasty Warriors series and Atlus's turn-based role-playing game Persona series. As a result, it features gameplay elements from both, such as the real-time action combat of the former with the turn-based Persona-battling aspect of the latter. The game is set six months after the events of Persona 5, and follows Joker and the rest of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts as they end up in a mysterious version of Tokyo filled with supernatural enemies.

I would have 100%ed it, but merciless is hard as hell, a very fun game, would recommend if you want to see more of the Phantom thieves

I thought that the plot would be secondary, superficial, but it turned out pretty cool, it doesn’t reach the level of the original, but it’s quite close to it. The plot of the game takes place after the events of the main game, but does not affect the events of Royal. Players are divided in their opinions on whether the game can be considered canon, but I think it can. After all, these events take place if we consider that Persona 5 is already a metaverse. For the same reason, the endings of Persona 5 and Persona 5 Royal exist separately from each other. The events also take place during the summer holidays, which means that our phantom thieves go on "vacation" all over Japan. Now, in addition to Tokyo, you can visit cities such as Sendai, Kyoto and Osaka, and even Okinawa. The game has become simpler: the pumping of social links has disappeared, now replaced by Bond skills, which can be chosen at will. Bond skills can be obtained according to the plot, as well as simply by participating in battles. The combat system has also undergone changes. It is no longer a turn-based RPG, but an action RPG, where the game is paused when skills are used. This has noticeably added dynamics to what is happening, although it has become worse in tactical terms. Now during a battle you need to keep an eye on not five opponents, but a large number, although this is not a problem, because now skills hit a large area. The game turned out with attention to detail, although it is on a much smaller scale. The interaction between characters may have disappeared, but the main thing is the exciting story and the new combat system, which brings new notes to the already beloved original. Adesso ne faccio una davvero lunga qui di recensione. -Gameplay: Mal adattato, scomodissimo, forzato per provare a portare un pò di originalità dando al gioco il tag "hack n slash" mal riuscito, noiosissime e pallosissime le tasks di andare a sollevare quella leva e quell'altra e quell'altra ancora e poi andare a proteggere ogni 5 minuti futaba che hackera una porta del cazzo. Come per finire abbiamo la feature nel gameplay più noiosa tra tutte, l'investigazione, che consiste nell'andare a chiedere ad ogni singolo npc la loro opinione su "X" tutto la si spamma il tasto per skippare il dialogo dato che a nessuno frega una sega e automaticamente si sblocca la famosa "prigione". -Visuals: molto fatte bene ma c'è qualcosa riguardo ai modelli 3D che è peggiorato rispetto a P5R che da leggermente fastidio. -Storia: ci hanno messo 15 minuti a scrivere la storyline di sto gioco dato che ha i monarchi delle prigioni che hanno un design molto discutibile e sembrano fatti tanto per poichè hanno degli stereotipi davvero troppo comuni che scassano il cazzo dopo una certa (sopratutto il secondo). -Soundtrack: il pezzo forte del gioco, il motivo per cui sono andato avanti a giocarlo. Le osts sono dei capolavori, anche quelle remixate non ce niente da di qua. -Character design: i ladri fantasma sono quello che sono ma usano un pò troppo spesso le stesse battute e dopo un pò diventano noiose e per quanto riguarda i monarchi un lavoro tanto per anche se la prima monarca ci sta. 6/10 non consigliato

Jogo excelente, gostei muito da mudança de gameplay a história é bem desenvolvida, a adição da sophia na gameplay e o plot final são excelentes, soundtrack e gráficos muito bons também

I enjoyed this Dynasty warriors-like game so much especially with the Phantom Thieves stylish combat. I really enjoyed experiencing their journey in this game along with the the new characters added. They're very likeable and fun to play as!

Visuals, story, audio, gameplay very much satisfying. My only gripe however is the poor camera optimization when using KBM. Otherwise the game is a good recommend in my book
