Very good open world with good enough RPG elements. Not my favorite Zelda because it seems to try to be both a Zelda game and a game that isn't Zelda at the same time and I wish it picked a lane. Fluffing up the story with cooler story beats or more in depth mechanics would've been preferred over the Ubislop collectathon side stuff and fetch quests. Still great had a lot of fun but sort of had an Elden Ring effect where it caused corporations to chase the lightning in a bottle moment this game had. Still an 8/10 don't kill me just why make such cool mechanics if you hardly get chances to use them outside of the 5 Ganons.

Mogs 6 a thousand fold. There's a reason this one is the only one Square seems to care about. It's hard to play this one and not be interested in the franchise at large. I felt like I was malding playing all these other older titles dealing with early jank and downright insane story/gameplay decisions but this one had me locked in the entire time despite some typical anime feet dragging towards the end. Gameplay is engaging but without the visuals of limits it is a lot of attrition battles waiting on the big attacks very little time for most other strategies because of the materia system just having an objective correct thing to do with each party member. But again for the time these animations rock especially when you put into consideration how lazy a lot of modern turn based rpgs are with their battle animations (excluding Claire and Deltarune). World map flowed nice enough character design is always great from these games along with a very cool looking final boss (fuck Supernova till it's backwards tho). It's a Square game of course the soundtrack is awesome very little complaints with the story outside of a few side characters having their development tied to side content and Cait Sith just existing forces me to bring it down a point.
