wasn't very complex oddly enough
Naja, the Backrooms war viel besser. Irgendwie total kurz und langweilig.
So pretty!
I honestly went into this not knowing what exactly to expect, or how much I would enjoy it, but I have to say this is a solid 10/10 for me. 5 stars. If you truly are a fan of the liminal, you'll quite enjoy this.
This game is very visually appealing, and the grainy film of the camera gives this backrooms exploration the needed vibe. Each level, while ultimately rather simple, oozed liminal essence so wonderfully. From your average backrooms in level one, to the poolrooms of level two, and hotel-rooms in level three and more, all of it was very on point with the liminal vibes it was supposed to give off.
As I mentioned, each level was rather simple. Nothing special or over the top, and this simplicity truly aids it in such a great way. There's also just something oddly satisfying about not being able to interact with anything, and only being able to wander each level, a vast and immersive liminal atmosphere.
The sound FX as well as music found and played throughout the game was on point with the vibes of each level. It adds so well to the already existing unsettling feeling the viewer has while playing. Just the visuals alone had me feeling unsettled and almost afraid, but the creepy sounds and occasional gentle, soft music that played was the cherry on top.
Finally, I would also like to add that what is among my favorite things about this game is the fact that there is nothing actually scary. There are no jump-scares. There are no monsters. There's only you... alone... in the dark hallways of the unknown, and that to me is the perfect element for an unsettling, creepy game. Truly it is the fear of being all alone in a new, unknown location that immediately grabs the player, and to me it's perfection.
Wasn't super scary, kind of just wondering around hearing things. More of a walking simulator.
If YOU want to feel like you're walking around inside of a castrated Backrooms experience, then this game is for you. For everyone else, just pass on this one.
the game does really well in making you feel like your on your lost with somthing watching you the whole time. always feeling in danger but sadly the game is very short and can be beaten in a small sitting
игра на час атмосферная но довольно скудная
