Best Sonic game I have played in awhile. I didn't have too many bug issues that were present at launch fortunately.
Me le dava proprio le feels da gioco ps2.
Me lo son fatto piacere, ma Γ¨ uno spin off e io non appartengo a questo fandom
I know I never finished this game so I don't really have a right to judge the whole thing. So I'll judge part of what I've seen: Cringy lines that make it too much like it's for kids, definitely not the best visuals considering some places in levels are somehow more colorful than others, I forgot most of the music so I can't judge that, story was something about Eggman wanting to build an amusement park or something?
I know I liked Sonic Forces but... This is just my opinion. I did not like this game from the very few levels I played and it's just not my thing.

Had to replay this. It's been years. Still can't stand the story and how little the people making it knew Sonic. Like he can swim in this game! That's not right. Level were great, Music is bumbing all around fun game as long as you don't look at the story.
One of my favorite Sonic games of all time!!! I loved the Ultimate version. It looks awesome. The music is of course a 10/10, even though the remix/Ultimate remixes of the songs were not my favorite, they DID have the original OST so still a 10/10 for the music. Story is cute, its a Sonic game so I never expect too much when it comes to the story. It taking place in space and kinda feeling like it's own world in a sense was cool. I thought the execution was well done. I have to mention Terminal Velocity. I LOVED running down the long elevator. One of my favorite moments from the game. The gameplay felt fine. I think at times the controls could get a bit sticky but other than that everything felt smooth. CGI cutscenes were awesome as always!
Aquarium Park is my biggest grip. Why did they make my favorite world my least favorite in the Ultimate version? Sonic moves too slowly in the water and the stages were not well put together. They didn't feel cohesive, and it was easy to get lost. All the other worlds were fine. I think Asteroid Coaster is really weird. Like one stage you're literally going around and around in circles. The bosses were okay. Sometimes it was a bit too challenging even for a Sonic game or maybe I'm just bad.
I do think the DS version of Sonic Colors is the best of the bunch. Its smooth, fast, and most of the stages feel cohesive and not weirdly put together. In 2nd place I'd put the Wii version, then in last place Ultimate. Again, I loved it, just not as much as the DS version.
buen remaster port

Okay, this one was tough, because it was the culmination of playing all (or most) mainline games leading up to it. So it was hyped up in my mind, and unfortunately it did not deliver. The levels were not as good as Unleashed or Generations, so ultimately I felt left with a very middling title.
Juego bueno, aunque este remake/port esta medio raro y con glitches molestos.
An absolutely (inter)stellar adventure! The story is really fun and the gameplay is absolutely fantastic! The sense of speed is great throughout and the level design is also really good. The different Wisp abilities really open the levels up and provide you with a litany of paths to the goal, as well as access to a lot of the hidden collectibles scattered along the way! The presentation is also incredible! The game looks gorgeous and the colors really pop in each world! And the music is absolutely sublime. All of the tracks for each world fit perfectly and theyβre just an absolute joy to listen to! As for the platinum, itβs pretty good. Itβs not too complex, but it does require you to fully explore the game and get the highest rank on each level, so itβs a pretty good platinum in my book! Overall, this is a fantastic game and if youβre a Sonic fan or just someone whoβs up for a fun, fast-paced platforming adventure through some well-designed, absolutely gorgeous worlds, youβll definitely enjoy this game!
It was nice to revisit Sonic Colors and play it with a new paint of color (pun intended) but a lot of the stages feel too short or too clunky for a Sonic game.
Played more on console.
