Marvel Cosmic Invasion is an upcoming side-scrolling beat 'em up featuring 15 playable Marvel heroes. Designed in the style of classic '90s arcade brawlers, the game allows players to switch between two characters mid-battle using the Cosmic Swap mechanic. Each hero brings unique abilities and team-up attacks, with additional upgrades and rewards becoming available as players progress.

Gameplay While this game plays like a traditional 2d sidescroller beat 'em up, it adds some nuances to really shake up the gameplay! No hero to my knowledge, plays the same and each player has a Marvel character they can tag in/swap as whenever they want, so long as their 2nd character isn't KO'd/dead. The combat feels like a light version of a fighting game, notably the Marvel v Capcom games! It's very combo focused and your tag-in's increase your combo as well as provide a great out in case your character gets CC'd. Story The story isn't the strongest in this game and has your team going around trying to stop Annihilus and his swarm from doing harm to the universe and taking control of notable characters from the Marvel universe. AIM and MODOK are involved as well, with Galactus and Knull even making an appearance and getting involved! This game shine's with its gameplay, that's for sure! Visuals This game uses a pixel art approach to it's visuals, very much like the way the older Marvel v Capcom games kinda looked like! Character designs are really great and can easily identify who is who! The game has colors that really pop and bring to life the enviroments, characters and each character's alt outfits! OST I didn't really note this game's OST much in my playthrough. Will have to give that OST a seperate listen to get a better feel for it and be more concise with my thoughts for this game's OST! If you're a fan of old school beat 'em ups and or the Marvel v Capcom games, this game is for you! I hope they add more heroes and villains, as well as maps to this game to extend it's shelf life! This game has great co-op for both local and online co-op that is also cross network! They did a great job overall with this game!

Solo campaign complete! Really fun beat 'em up game and I HOPE they add more heroes and villains as well as levels to this game! Phyla-Vel and Captain America are a great duo and Jean Grey is REALLY fun to play as well!

Оп! Новиночка подъехала) Тестировала игру в режиме ремоута, хотя, думаю, это не столь важно для общего восприятия, разве что количество игроков - нас было четверо (максимум) НО начем по порядку: Игра красивая - яркая, сочная. Классные персонажи, задний фон, мобы...хотя многие мобы напоминали мне ( и не только) покемонов). Мое почтение за визуал! Музыка - фоновая, ничего необычного, просто приятный фончик, без восторгов. История - максимально проходная, я даже не вдумывалась: типичное вот вам злодей - деритес. Сделана по типу игрового комикса, это прикольно. Разве что минус за слишком быстрые субтитры. Ах да, русский язык есть) Всего в игре 15 персов, некоторых нужно открыть. Делается это элементарно - прохождением определенной главы и победой над этим персонажем. ЗАБАВНЫЙ ФАКТ: обычно в играх, где ты встречаешь будущего союзника сначала как врага - он ИМБА, а в команде превращается в супер пуську, ничего не умеющую. Так вот, тут наоборот! Босса сносишь в один миг - и получаешь реально сильного персонажа. Меня удивило и позабавило. По геймплею: все довольно таки простецки - удар ближний, удар дальний\захват. Комбо - последовательные атаки, без излишеств. Кому то это покажется супер скучным - тут уж решайте сами. Но есть пару интересных, как по мне, персонажей, которые действительно выдают комбухи - Веном, Халкиня, Пантера. При игре в 4 человека на экране происходит полный фарш. По первой мы вообще терялись кто где...да и в конце тоже бывало, что уж там) По ощущениям, усложнений под 4х игроков не предусмотрено, по врагам и их хп все так же. В остальном же эти типичный битемап - кроши-кромсай толпы врагов и будет тебе счастье) 7 из 10 супергероев.
