I beat the story on both PC and PS5 but I have not gotten all the Achievements on either platform.

Did 3 playthoughs to get achievements like,

- complate main story without blood collector

- complete main story without using herbs or med injectors

- completing the main story on modern and casual difficulty

shitting my pants

It quickly became my favorite of the franchise.

There are no words to describe what I feel when I play it.

Once again, Leon S Kennedy sparkles and shines in whatever game he's in. The story of this game flows so smoothly, from location to location and character to character, you never feel like it's dragging on unnecessarily. The gameplay is as polished as other Resident Evil games, no surprises there. 10/10 glad my baby boy is a DILF now.

Technical part

- not bad optimization for a new release

- nice graphics

- some minor bugs but no crashes

Setting

- Capcom decided to get back to Raccoon City

- most of the time we play in big facilities like Care Center near the city

- but at the end Leon comes to the City and the game finishes in Umbrella's bunker that survived the missile

Story

- that's where the game falls short in my opinion

- there are two endings, tragic and a canon happy ending, and I liked neither of them

- the entire game developers were preparing me to Leon's death but suddenly in canon's ending he survived

- the same thing happens with other characters that were supposed to be dead but suddenly were resurrected - it ruins the immersion because one doesn't know who they really killed and who is going to get back

- there are almost no plot twists and in general it's weird - I felt the same in Cyberpunk 2077 - cool characters, interesting particular things, but in general it felt off

Gameplay

- that's where the game shines

- there are two playable characters with complemetely different playstyles

- we play mostly as Grace since she is a character that looks gorgeous with some mods and it's interesting to see how she evolves during the game

- at first it's a pure horror but gradually she gets used to environment and becomes bravier - even her combat animations change

In conclusion, it's a high quality game with great graphics and gameplay but poor story in my opinion. I give 7/10

    - несколько минорных багов, но никаких вылетов

Сеттинг

    - Capcom решили вернуться в Raccoon City

    - большую часть времени мы играли в больших заведениях на подобии больницы или центра по уходу возле города

    - но в конце Леон направляется в город и игра заканчивается в бункере Umbrella, который выжил после бомбардировки

Сюжет

    - это то, где игра показала себя не с лучшей стороны как по мне

    - тут два концовки, плохая и хорошая каноническая, и мне ни одна не понравилась

    - все игру разработчики готовили меня к тому, что Леон умрет, но внезапно он выживает в каноничной концовке

    - тоже самое происходит с другими персонажами, которые должны были быть мертвы, но внезапно восстают из мертвых - это портит погружение, т.к. ты не знаешь кому ты реально убил, а кто вернется

    - тут почти нет сюжетных поворотов и в общем сюжет странный - я чувствовал тоже самое в киберпанке - крутые персонажи, интересные некоторые фишки, но в общем ощущается странно

Геймплей

    - это то, где игра раскрываеться

    - тут два играбельных персонажа с абсолютно разным стилем игры

    - мы играем в основном за Грейс, т.к. она новый персонаж, который шикарно выглядит с модами, и это интересно видеть как она развивается в течении игры

    - по началу это чистый хоррор, но постепенно она привыкает к среде и становится храбрее - даже ее боевые анимации меняются

В итоге, это качественная игра с хорошей графикой и геймплей, но слабым сюжетом по моему мнению. Ставлю 7/10
