По первым впечатлениям - неплохо. Но это очень слабый рогалик геймплейно, визуальный стиль тащит. Прямо как из комиксов)

Great addition to the Hellboy universe Simple, short, atmospheric. Slow Repetitive Not as fun/slasher as it could be The story is useless garbage of nothingness Abilities and progression are scarce

"Licensed" games have reached a new level, now it's easier to fit the budget into a simple indie-game, and it's definitely better than "Hellboy: Dogs of the Night" from 2000, it's lile early Shrek games at first glance, But still, replace Hellboy with any other character and nothing will change, they saved so much that we even have 2D-static dialogues here, and the movement animations clearly lack FPS, they did a good job with “cel-shading”,the effect of the blows is pleasant, but it’s still not at the level of “Sable”, And if we discard the entire shell, then what remains? I don’t criticize indies for being cheap, but you, damn it, are making another roguelike,where developers don't even have to try to create these monotonous ruins, it generates itself every time, A gun is, of course, good, but with primitive 2-button combat (Kick, dodge, block, strong blow to the side, ultimate), after half an hour of play you will simply start retreating to the corner of the map, endlessly reloading the pistol, and slowly shooting giants - it’s much simpler, although our character moves as calmly and slowly as possible, to switch to running you need to hold down the "A" button (I didn’t even check the controls on the keyboard), we are offered a kind of boxing dance with opponents, very similar to souls games (it`s definitely not "adventure", as it is written in the description), because small opponents here are just statues for farming lives, but even in the recent “Clash: Artifacts of Chaos” there was more depth in the combat, there are also amulets with effects, one-time and constant upgrades of a hand/gun/amulets, But every aspect of the game is so mediocre that I don’t understand how you can get enjoyed it for any long time, so I don’t recommend it. p.s. Mike Mignola has had very bad luck with his comic book adaptations, yesterday I watched the animated full-length from 2006, where Hellboy also teleports into some kind of magical forest, the entire timeline just wanders and stumbles upon various hostile creatures, in the end he breaks the main artifact and that’s it - a happy ending, monsters will not come to our world, why does the plot in this game have to be deeper? 😊 Sub to my Steam`s Curator`s page: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/41977550 // Игры по "лицензии" вышли на новый уровень, теперь легче уложить бюджет в простенькую индюшку, и, это определённо лучше, чем "Hellboy: Dogs of the Night" 2000 года, там уровень ранних игр про Шрэка по первому взгляду, Но всё же замени Хэллбоя на любого другого персонажа и ничего в игре не изменится, экономили настолько, что у нас тут даже 2d-статичные диалоги, а анимациям движения явно не хватает фпс-а, с "цел-шейдингом" поработали неплохо, эффекты от ударов приятные, но это всё равно не уровень какой-нибудь "Sable", И вот если отбросить всю оболочку, то что остаётся? Я не критикую инди за дешевизну, но вы, блин, делаете очередной уже миллионный рогалик, где разрабам даже не надо стараться над однообразными руинами, они сами генерятся каждый раз, Пистолет - это, конечно, хорошо, но при примитивной 2-кнопочной боёвке (Удар, уклонение, блок, сильный удар в сторону, ульта), через пол часа игры вы просто начнёте отходить в угол карты, бесконечно перезаряжать пистолет, и потихоньку расстреливать гигантов - так гораздо проще, хотя двигается наш персонаж максимально спокойно и медлительно, чтобы переключиться на бег надо зажать кнопку "A" (управление на клавиатуре даже не чекал), нам предлагается некое подобие боксёрского танца с противниками, очень похоже на соулс игры ("приключением", как написано в описании - тут и не пахнет), ибо мелкие противники тут просто статуи для фарма жизней, но даже в недавнем "Clash: Artifacts of Chaos" было больше глубины в боёвке, тут есть ещё амулеты с эффектами, разовая и постоянная прокачка руки/пистолета/амулетов, Но, настолько каждый аспект игры посредственен, что я не понимаю, как можно ей увлечься на какое-то длительное время, поэтому и не советую. p.s. Не везёт Майку Миньоле с экранизациями его комиксов, смотрел вчера анимационную полнометражку 2006 года, там Хэллбой тоже телепортируется в какой-то магический лес, весь хронометраж просто бродит и натыкается на различных враждебных существ, в итоге ломает главный артефакт и всё - хеппи-энд, монстры не попадут в наш мир, с чего бы сюжету в этой игре быть глубже?
