Set 50 years after the events of Fable II, the continent of Albion (where the Fable series is set) is under the control of Logan, a tyrant king and the Hero's older brother[1]. The player's character, the "Hero", is forced into a quest to become a revolutionary leader to defeat Logan after he reveals his true personality to the Hero. Over the course of the first half of the game, the Hero will overthrow Logan and become ruler of Albion themselves. During the second half of the game, a strange force from Aurora, called The Darkness will threaten Albion and the player has to decide how to react to it.

On its own, it is a great game. A lot of things could have been done better. It can still be worth long plays if you are willing to grind with other players online.
Deel 3 is al weer wat anders maar zeker niet minder!
Absolutely loved this game! I played it fully a couple of times on my 360 and then replayed it on my Xbox X. I loved the story.

GIOCABILTA':8 1/2
LONGEVITA':7/8
TRAMA:8/9
EMOZIONE8/9
Fable 3 stupisce nella sua semplicità ma profondità:la trama è giustamente"favolosa" e un bel cast di personaggi e una bella varietà di paesaggi fanno perdonare la sua brevità.
+Bellissima storia
+Varietà di paesaggi
+Personaggi amici molto divertenti
-Trama corta
-Personaggio non troppo carismatico e non molto personalizzabile
-Mappa approssimativa

was not a fan of fable 3, especially after playing fable 2.

Even better visuals, even worse gameplay.....

SCORE: 4 / 5
Story:
Your brother, the king, is a tyrant to his subjects. You flee the castle to gather allies for a war against his army. But there is more to the story than it seems. Can you save the people of Albion?
The story is nice, with ínteresting twists!
Characters are very well written in my opinion, some I really loved, others I really despised!
Visuals:
Graphically I'd say this is the best looking game out of the series so far. The designs are slightly less stylized than Fable 1 and 2, but still recognizable as one of the franchise. Characters have way more facial expression now and the world is gorgeous. Some parts of the game, especially when moving on the maps, is quite blurry. Also, we have the fps cap.
I dream that one day, this game will come to PC with 60fps.
Gameplay:
For the most part, it plays like the previous Fable games. They changed a few things though. Enemies don't drop four different types of level orbs (skill, strength, will and experience) that you have to manually collect anymore, they drop guild seals you can exchange on the so called "Road To Rule", for certain skills and Expressions that are locked in chests. A bit of an odd decision.
You can sell ALL your stuff at Pawnbrokers now. The insane amount of property you can buy can now be managed directly from the map, to adjust rent and prices. The condition of houses you rent out decreases, so you need to repair them regularly.
The skill-level for jobs like blacksmithing also needs to be bought with guild seals now, which also seems a bit weird to me.
The idea 3D maps you can inspect freely is awesome, I just wish they would REALLY represent the actual world you walk in.
They also placed a LOT of enemies only a few meters apart, so you are non-stop fighting, unless you run through.. which I ended up doing a lot by the end.
Difficulty:
Similar to the other games, Fable III isn't hard. If you fall, you'll lose progression for ONE guild seal, which you get back quite quickly.
Grind:
Without going to go too much into detail.. if you want to be a really good character, you'll have to grind, a LOT.
Pure gameplay for me was maybe 15-16h. the last 4-5 hours were pure grind.
Bugs:
I didn't have many, just a few visual bugs, but nothing game-breaking while I played.
I had started up the game before to see if it runs well, and when I tried to start it up later, a save file must have been corrupted, as the game would freeze in the loading screen.
I needed to delete the cloud saves, which fixed the issue.
Replayability:
Just like before, this game has various skills to chose from and a lot of other decisions to be made. Good vs. Bad and all the different builds you can try. I think this game has quite some replay-value.
How did YOU like FABLE III ?
