Co-op with the developers behind the games you love and believe in
Borderlands 2 is PEAK Borderlands. Nothing has come close to this game. The story was top notch, Handsome Jack is a worthy villain, the DLCs were insanely good, and Miss Moxxie is here. No reason to play any other games in the series, maybe 1 for the story.

Muy buen videojuego, me encantó todo, la historia, el gameplay, los distintos personajes con sus habilidades únicas, la forma de mezclar un juego de accion/shooter en primera persona con elementos RPG de una manera excelente. El contenido de los DLCs muy bueno, agregándole mas cantidad de horas y objetos. En mi opinion personal, es el mejor borderlands de toda la saga. Si a alguien le gusta la mezcla de shooter frenético/caótico con elementos RPG, definitivamente tiene que jugar este juego.

This was my first Borderlands game that i played and its just incomparable, I tried playing BL3 but it just didn't hit the same as this one
Игра сделала существенный скачок в качестве. В ней всё лучше чем в первой части, и на моё мнение, именно вторая часть задала "стандарт" последующим. В неё нужно поиграть, если вас интересует бордерлендс.

Warning: Exposure to psychos may cause death, temporary blindness, or unexpected loss of bowels. Playing through the game that kicked off the borderlands series is a nostalgic throwback to an older era of game design. But this old classic hasn’t aged too well especially when it comes to co-op mechanics and difficulty scaling. In co-op mode, bullets sometimes fail to register properly, and after a few hours of play, frame rates can drop drastically due to memory leaks, often forcing a full restart. Combine that with uneven difficulty scaling in both the base game and DLCs, and some players might find the experience frustrating. Still, if you can power through the bugs and technical issues, there’s a lot of chaotic fun to be had. It’s a messy but fun start to one of gaming’s goofiest adventures.

February 26, 2022 was the start of my first playthrough of this, playing as Zer0 with a number of friends all the way through the campaign, leading to a great experience! Starting on May 3, 2025, I decided to revisit this with a different friend, playing as Axton this time, to take the entire storyline back in and get through it a bit differently as compared to the first time, though availability changes with the new bean quickly caused this to not end up lasting long and only one more session was played off stream before shooters as a whole fell off my radar. Still an enjoyble experience at any rate!
