Visually, this game looks incredible. The amount of content it packs on top of that, could easily be sold as a AAA full priced title (it is free!) The combat and movement are a lot of fun too, endless character customization, and the performance is smooth and optimized.

Unfortunately, that's about where the good points end. The game is a complete mess; every inbuilt system is far too complicated and confusing. I 100% agree with the reviews saying this game is trying to pack too much in at once. I spent hours just trying to navigate the overly complex UI, understanding 100 different systems at once, and fumbling my way through trying to figure everything out.

There is also way too many things on the HUD that don't need to be there, and with no option to turn them off, other than hide HUD altogether (example: button/control tips remained on the right-hand side no matter what settings I chose).

I could overlook the small issues like translation not working sometimes, and the NPCs with needlessly excessive dialogue, but overall, it was just too much all at once which led to me not wanting to continue.

It's a real shame, as if the game was simplified (by a LOT) it would be very enjoyable, and I could see myself spending hundreds of hours exploring and experimenting.
