Super Robot Wars V is a tactical role-playing game developed by B.B. Studio and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. Released as part of Super Robot Wars' 25th anniversary, it is the eighth standalone entry to the series since Super Robot Wars NEO, with the game's continued focus on the massive crossover between different mecha anime series released in Japan. It is released in Asia on February 23, 2017.

Super Robot Wars V

Exceptional Mecha Anime Crossover and pretty solid Fire Emblem-like turn-based strategy game. Lots of fanservice for fans of the genre. If you recognize at least one of the series used in this game, and like Fire Emblem, give it a try. Awesome Roster. First Debut of Mazinger Zero, starting the PS4 Generations Tradition of changing up Mazingers stale entries. Story uses Space Battleship Yamato as a frame without hogging too much of the spotlight, except for the start and end of the game.
