Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles (or simply Sonic 3 & Knuckles or Sonic 3 Complete Edition) is a platform video game which is the result of locking-on Sonic & Knuckles with Sonic the Hedgehog 3 using the former catridge's unique "lock-on" technology. It is essentially a large combined game of its two lock-on components and contains all Zones from the said games and also contains special features unique to this game. This would have been the original Sonic the Hedgehog 3 the developers intended but time constraints by Sega resulted in the game being split into two.

Replay; First time Emerald hunting (didn't make it Sadge) and yeah, it's that good. Doesn't beat 2 for me, but hard not to argue it's one of the most solid platformers of all time.

I played this via the Sonic Classic Collection for Nintendo DS
this is a great time, a fun sonic game with all the classic love you could ask for, and until Mania came out, it was the best 2D Sonic game in my opinion, and well worth the time

3 and Knuckles es una cosa increible. Todo es bueno, la musica, como fluis en el nivel, los bonus stage. La continuacion del 3 al knuckles conectando los cartuchos fisicos. Una cosa linda.

Definitivamente o melhor Sonic da trilogia clássica, ele consegue pegar tudo de bom em seus antecessores e expande ainda mais, além da trilha sonora belíssima e a arte repaginada, ele trás poderes que em sua maioria ajudam a passar a fase mais rápido e trás até uma transformação nova, a Hyper Sonic, que rende uma boss battle final épica e bem divertida. Vale ressaltar também que o capricho nesse jogo é simplesmente magnífico, principalmente pelo fato de haver até transições entre cada fase, tudo é muito bem ligado e dinâmico. No geral, é um ótimo jogo e uma ótima surpresa nessa maratona e que merece todo o reconhecimento que tem.

Played Sonic 3 & Knuckles in Sonic Origins and it's great. Only thing I didn't like is they changed the music in three zone in Sonic 3, miss the original music in those zones.

é meu jogo favorito do sonic em 2d. agr tem o knuckles e um sistema de saves. 14 esmeraldas pra pegar agr com o hyper sonic disponivel no jogo, jogo extremamente divertido e conta uma história sem precisar de dialgos só com cutscenes in game extremamente divertidas. um special stage mt legal e um level design EXTREMAMENTE DIVERTIDO e o clima é incrivel, uma ótima soundtrack e um belo final de jogo. eu não zerei com o knuckles mas pelo oq eu vi alguns bosses são diferentes mas n tenho como opinar nessa parte. uma ótima sensação de exploração assim como o 2 mas dessa vez vc é recompensado com os warp rings pra entrar nos special stages. os power ups dos monitores agr tem novas variações com novas habilidades pro sonic q acrescenta demais na gameplay assim como o parry (uma grande adição pro jogo foram essas habilidades assim como o spin dash do 2) um ótimo jogo e bem divertido.
