THIS GAME IS REALLY GOOD!!

Even though it took me a lot longer than expected to finish up I'm so glad I decided to finish this while I let the poll run for our next game xD

I don't wanna say TOO much for anyone thinking they want to try this one... but I will say if you enjoy other mystery VNs such as Zero Escape or AI the Somnium Files, or if you enjoyed the Spirit Hunter games, you will definitely love this one. It IS scarier than those two game though, I will say. But I enjoy horror games even though I'm a scaredy cat, so I was fine with it.

Anyway AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I wish I'd had a whiteboard to write on during this playthrough but that is my ONLY regret! I brainrotted so hard over this game!

The story is very well crafted and even though I guessed some things, it was still very enjoyable to be right (and honestly gives more props to the writers for sprinkling in good foreshadowing - I was TRYING to pick up on hints)

All in all you will not regret trying this one in my opinion!

Ooooh, have you ever played a visual novel that really builds up a great mystery, introduces these interesting puzzles that you have to use by taking advantage of all the tools the game gives you, and also throws twist after twist that you can't see coming?

This is technically this game, at least most of the time. And generally, I was really enjoying myself. Some of the twists were so dramatic it felt rather like a soap opera, but I am totally fine with that. And I continued to enjoy myself...until I got to the ending.

There is something about the ending of this game that, without providing actual spoilers, is legitimately one of the most boring plot twists, and also clearly the easiest way to end the game from a developer's standpoint. I've forgiven a lot of games for shitting the bed on their endingβ€”I will forever be bitter about ME3 but I also have great memories of playing through the gameβ€”but it is hard for me to give a high rating when I feel no satisfaction regarding this ending whatsoever. I had a great time playing but I don't think I'd play it again.

Absolutely killer soundtrack and writing, 2023 is a great year for murder mysteries and Paranormasight rules. Easy recommend for my top games of the year.

Loved everything about this game. Absolutely amazing supernatural detective visual novel. There isn't voice acting in it but can do without (or you do it yourself). Also the mechanics of the game are cool. I like how everything is connected in the story when you reach the end then it all makes sense now. An absolute must play. The death scenes aren't that bad so people of the faint of heart can still play it.
