Story

Gameplay is great, but for a game that is out, the ending of it seems to leave various things where it almost seems like some things were planned, but just missing. The biggest issue is the combat however. The combat works, but is extremely simply and barely present, only there for 3 optional boss fights and enemies that very quickly become not necessary. Visuals and soundtrack, are very on point, but the story is where it falls the shortest. characters are thrown in for little to no reason, with a semblance of the story like it's supposed to be important... maybe... but begins and ends almost as a parody of the type of game instead of an actual story. The story would've been fine as just absent, but it just seems missing... until the very end. It just seems stuck between being a parody and missing to focus on gameplay. Overall, the game is very engaging however, and as long as you are not looking for a story, is a solid recommendation for anyone looking for a simpler logistics/combat game.
