Minoria is the latest and most ambitious game from Bombservice, and a spiritual sequel to the Momodora series, from the same studio. Fans of Momodora will find familiar aspects in the design and gameplay elements, as they master the ins-and-outs of parries, dodges, and a variety of different spells. The presentation has evolved to an HD format, with aesthetics mixing 2D hand-painted backgrounds and cel-shaded characters.

I had this game recommended to be by someone in one of the twitch communities I hang out in, who also have a refined taste for metroidvania titles. After playing it, I asked myself how come no one talks about it more. It's got a GORGEOUS art style, SOLID gameplay, and it plays a little bit like a "Souls" game. The only slight drawback I can think of is that it's a short game. I managed to beat it in a little under 10 hours, but the fun I had with it rivals that of Hollow Knight or Ori. If you're looking for a big metroidvania to sink your teeth into, you won't find it here. But I think someone who wants something smaller and not as overwhelming will find a lot to enjoy here. But seriously, regardless of game length, I hope everyone who sees this review gives it an honest try

Простенькая метроидвания, без претензий на что-то большее. ОЧЕНЬ лёгкая, так что любители хорткора в пролёте. Из недостатков - уныленький саундтрек и короткая продолжительность, но игра сделана хорошо.

Um jogo maravilhoso, comecei a jogar sem muitas expectativas depois de ver reviews neutras sobre o jogo e esperando algo como momodora mas recebi algo um tanto diferente, com elementos metroidvania e soulslike, visuais incríveis de cenários e personagens, uma progressão num ritmo gostosinho e uma historia incrível que quase me escorreu uma lagrima no final, é sem duvidas um dos jogos já feitos 👍

QUALQUER ALTERAÇÃO, LITERALMENTE QUALQUER ALTERAÇÃO, SÓ É SALVA APÓS PASSAR PELO SAVE. Isso me irritou muitas vezes, me fazendo perder progresso e alterações até mesmo no menu. Exceto isso, o jogo todo é muito bonito, a trilha sonora é okay (exceto a música de fim de jogo, essa é MARAVILHOSA). Possuí uma boa dificuldade (como todo metroidvania do estilo, você vai morrer mais para inimigo random do que para qualquer boss). E se você gosta de pegar todos os colecionáveis, boa sorte, o mapa não possuí identificação de nada, apenas dos locais de save. Além disso, o TP só é disponibilizado no fim do jogo e só da para ir em locais específicos de forma muito limitada. Recomendo dar uma chance, mas vá preparado para esses pontos.

En definitiva el juego Metroidvania / Plataformero de acción con combate que tiene la mejor movilidad que he probado recientemente. Muy fluído, habilidades que doblan uso de movilidad y combate simultáneamente, el parry más satisfactorio del género. Gráficamente es un poco de todo, bueno y malo al mismo tiempo, prefiero el pixel art de Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight, sin embargo no significa que sea feo el juego, simplemente se siente algo más genérico.

I loved this and I think people are too harsh about it. I can't see that many flaws compared to Momodora:RuML, honestly. I enjoyed it from start to end and on my second playthrough even managed to defeat every boss without taking damage. Took several attempts, but I did it. I've still some bits to finish and complete, another ending to see (since I went for the same twice, to try and do EVERY boss no damage), and, thus, another NG+ to complete- and I'll love doing that.
