Like a Dragon: Ishin! is an action-adventure game developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and published by Sega. Released in February 2023, it is a remake of the 2014 Japan-exclusive Ryu Ga Gotoku Ishin! and reimagines the Like a Dragon series in a historical setting. Set in the Bakumatsu period of Japan (mid-1800s), the game follows Sakamoto Ryoma, modelled after Kazuma Kiryu, as he navigates political intrigue, conspiracies, and samurai combat while seeking revenge for his mentor's murder. The gameplay combines swordplay, gunfighting, and hand-to-hand combat, with a mix of main story missions and side activities, including minigames and historical recreations of series staples.

A spin off game set in the Edo period. It was so interesting to learn more about that time period and Sakamoto Ryoma, whom is a real person this game is based off of, but with Yakuza characters inserted. The different combat styles were really fun to play as, super smooth and just so well done. As always lots of side quests and minigames to complete.
this game also introduces dungeons which are fine enough.
The platinum for this game is the worst I have ever done in a Yakuza game. You must craft every weapon and for some reason in this remaster they inflated the crafting costs of everything with some items having hilariously low drop rates. I had to farm dungeons for DAYS. Yes days. RGG done messed up with this one but an otherwise fine game if you don't do the platinum.

Прикольная игра, но вот сюжет основной мне не понравился. также в игре практически нет музыки, просто бегаешь по городу в тишине. но конечно же тут пиздатая боевка и крутые побочки и с минииграми. ну вот впечатление в общем скомканое

Excellent game! I Love the possibility to discover the story of the Shinsen Gumi but with the apparence of the yakuza. The game is not perfect, but it's a good game

Fun game if you put the time for it. I don't know what to say about the game honestly. I had fun with it and that's about it. I don't need to make Long reviews for every game :D

Finally got to play this once Japanese only system locked Like a Dragon title. Hopefully they bring Kenzan and Black Panther forward next!
