Eine würdige Fortsetzung zu Elex 1. Vorallem auch mal eine dir für mich besser erscheint als sein Vorgänger. PiranhaBytes hat sich mit Quests und Storyline im großen und ganzen übertroffen. Sicher gibt es GROßE Schwachstellen, die aber die laute Kritik zu dem Spiel keines falls rechtfertigen. Technisch hat man sich natürlich auch weiterentwickelt, das merkt man. Ansonsten bestehen die üblichen PiranhaBytes-Probleme. Sind die ganzen Atmosphärischen Quests abgeschlossen bleibt einem oftmals nur noch die Hauptstory abgelaufen, die zwar sehr gut geschrieben ist, sich aber Questdesigntechnisch hauptsächlich auf Monsterhordenklopperei beschränkt. Das ist einer dieser angesprochenen schwächen, sollte aber keinem Story-Gamer einen Strich durch den Spaß machen.
Auch bei der Umwelt wurde etwas nachgelassen. Mapabschnitte die man aus dem Vorgänger kennt sind ohne Erklärung verschwunden und neue sind nicht ansatzweise so detaliert wie im Vogänger. Aber jetzt mal ehrlich ! An alle PiranhaBytes-Fans da draußen, die Elex noch nicht gespielt haben ! Gebt der Reihe eine Chance !

Durchschnittlich. Die Quests waren teilweise echt unterirdisch. "Töte 40 von diesem Gegnertyp" - echt jetzt? Zock ich ein billo MMO oder was?
