This year, I am challenging myself to playing souls-like games for an entire year without getting "Souls Fatigue" as I have routinely made fun of the notion with such comments as "OH NO! My game is too fun! I am so tired of games being fun!" Unfortunately, I also found out about games that state they're souls-like to sell copies without actually being souls games at all. The year that I played every Assassin's Creed game in order, minus a few that were too horrible for stream. At the rumour of Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, we took a break and played through a few other series and a Strength playthrough of Elden Ring + DLC. Unfortunately, the year ended with a game that was too intensive for the system, Unreal Engine 5 is too much for all but the best hardware - for streaming, anyway. 37 games completed in 2024!
