For now in it's early access state a complete mess of obtuse menu layouts, menu elements that don't do anything but make you think you should use them, combat mechanics that don't do what they claim to do and all sorts of poor execution. But I bet that when it's done it'll be a great sandbox game full of weird and ridiculous.
