дуже непогане інді на відміну від Okaeri. тут розробник вже постарався. добрячий ембієнт, який тримає тебе в напрузі, парочка скримерів, наявність непоганого сюжету, прям навіть цікавого, присутня атмосфера, і незвичайна, проста, але цікава та вже підтягнута стилістика, яка є особливістю цієї серії

This is my first Chila's Art Game. Eerie Atmosphere, good jump scares, easy to follow yet still has some good puzzles. Very good play and good place to start Chila's Art games.

Gosto bastante dos jogos feitos pela Chilla's Art. Irei citar essa frase em todas as análises dos jogos dessa empresa. Isso porque, na minha opinião, os jogos deles são magníficos. Stigmatized Property | 事故物件 é um jogo baseado em histórias de terror sobre apartamentos baratos para alugar no Japão. Geralmente, algo estranho está acontecendo com eles. Neste jogo em particular, fala-se de uma maldição que reside no apartamento. Os sustos são mínimos e não há nenhum assassino genérico correndo atrás de você. É tudo uma questão de atmosfera e talvez um jump scare. Além disso, os controles são fluidos e simples. Possui tradução PT-BR!! Então, minha opinião, o jogo vale o preço.
