Revenge of the Savage Planet is a colorful sci-fi action adventure that scores points with its humor, thirst for exploration, and deliberately over-the-top style. It is the sequel to Journey to the Savage Planet, which I have not yet played.
The planets are beautifully designed, full of curious creatures, hidden secrets, and varied biomes. Exploring feels motivating, and you want to unlock new paths with the skills and gadgets you acquire. The humor is omnipresent and relies heavily on satire and exaggerated dialogue. I had a lot to laugh about, but also many WTF moments, especially with the advertising. I played the game in co-op mode and found it very enjoyable and fun together.
It was a charming, humorous, and creative experience that impresses with its world, style, humor, and especially the co-op mode. If you enjoy exploration, satirical humor, and lighthearted action gameplay, you'll find an entertaining adventure here.

Вторая часть значительно лучше и интереснее первой. Нет бэктрекинга для основной миссии, есть более интересная история

Very fun game, and very funny most my time playing this game. And the story took you to a very trippy ride, but its funny. The gameplay is very simple, not too complicated to use and the puzzles were okay for me. The overall environment of the game is very consistent and some are fun to look at. It's just really fun game to play especially in co-op, so if you have a fun time with friends and just wanna explore and have fun moments, this game is for you.

Fun sequel.

This game felt more like a reboot of Journey to the Savage Planet. Not much was really different except for a few things. The camera was changed from first person to third, which felt strange at first, but quickly was fine. There were multiple planets with different biomes, so I don't know what the "Savage Planet" was anymore. There were old and new creatures, and many were more hostile, so the gameplay was slightly more difficult. It had just a few boss fights, which weren't much of a challenge. Many of the upgrades were similar, with a few new tweaks. And it had plenty of collectibles and items to search for, just like the first game. It was decent enough, but not worthy to really be a sequel.
Monday and Tuesday stream game!
