J'ai eu bcp de discussion avec des gamers sur ce jeu, il parait qu'il n'a rien a avoir avec le premier Quake, je n'y avait tout simplement pas joué donc ces problèmes ne ce sont pas posés pour moi. J'ai pas eu le courage de le finir non plus (ça commence à faire beaucoup non ? Mdr)

While the story mode doesn't really hit you at all, it's QUAKE! This game is iconic, and for good reason. Just bloody, fast paced, shoot em up fun!

sinceramente eu gostava mais das criaturas que o quake1 tinha com as criaturas sendo meio "hp lovecraftianas" agora no quesito armas, o quake2 me agradou mto mais, doze de alcinha GL que lança pilhas.... kkkk mto bom

The plot sucks, I had no interest at all. Level design is confusing and just garbage. Gameplay aspects are ok-ish, however, the enemies are mostly irritating and sometimes the game spawns them in big masses mindlessly. Nevertheless, it feels tedious and frustrating to play. By the time you get to the end, you just wish it was already over. I've beaten the game twice, and still, to me it's one of the worst shooters I've ever played. Simply just my personal opinion. Although, cannot deny that the game has had its impact on the videogame history.

Played the original and the remaster, along with all the expansions and I've got to say, the remaster is so good, definitely took away the one gripe I had with the game which is the fact that I would get lost, but with the objective pointer. The visuals looked great when it was released and even better with the remaster, soundtrack is the best in the series and the gameplay is good, love that they added the b-hopping, makes movement so much better. Though the story is simple, the briefings I like, which is part of the objective based gameplay, wish they narrator was more clear. If you're a FPS fan, give this game a go

Я играл в неё в 95-96 годах. Почему тут 1997 загадка 🤔. Игра сильно продвинулась по сравнению с первой квакой. До сих пор актуальна для любителей синглов.

This is what I think of Quake, while Quake 1 was revolutionary for it's jump to 3D and what not, Quake 2's gameplay and story is a lot more awesome! Play as Bitterman, a lone marine, battle through enemy line and kill the Strogg Leader, the Makron!

very decent game, the speed, design style, weapon feel and balancing, are all not as good as 1, and also 2 drags on for a bit too long, but that doesn't make it a bad or mid game by any means, still worth playing quake 2 in current year
