Juego al estilo Crash Bandicoot bastante mediocre. Este es el comienzo de la saga de Kao y no podría haber empezado peor. Desde la jugabilidad torpe, lenta y mala que tiene Kao desde el diseño de niveles terrible y la cámara que es horrible y que muchas veces te obliga a predecir donde están las plataformas. Este juego te permite poner checkpoints en los sitios que quieras gracias a un objeto, eso es bueno pero a veces si pones aun siquiera un solo checkpoint mal te puede perjudicar la partida. Kao The Kangaroo es un juego que no recomiendo prácticamente a nadie, espero que sus secuelas mejoren algo.

Tiene cosillas que claramente indican mal envejecimiento y otras cosas que claramente es un poco de falta de originalidad. En general está bien el juego pero hay plataformeros de la época mucho mejores.

Brutal, but considering you can save after each level it's kinda fair. Except for one boss that anyone wouldn't be able to figure out without a guide.
