Ib is a freeware adventure video game with elements of psychological horror released in 2012 for Microsoft Windows by the Japanese artist kouri, running on RPG Maker 2000. Players control the titular character from a top-down perspective with the goal of escaping an eldritch art museum. The game has been credited with helping popularize its engine's use in developing games without role-playing elements.

This is an introduction for me to Horror Rpgmaker games.
I love the simple art, and the the approach of crayon-style on the later parts. The puzzles are straightforward and there were very good suspenseful and intense moments.

Il voto sarebbe 7.5/10
Il gioco ha uno stile non proprio recente poichè questo gioco originariamente era uscito nella prima versione nel lontano 2012, ma io avendo giocato la versione remasterizzata (2022) devo dire che ci sono stati molti miglioramenti.
-Storia: ha una base molto classica, un museo in cui Ib e i suoi genitori fanno visita per vedere una mostra di un artista famoso, ma che dopo qualche istante diverrà il peggior incubo di Ib.
La storia prosegue in maniera molto lineare, con qualche svolta di trama significativa da parte di qualche personaggio che rendono la storia ancor più interessante.
Art: per certe zone era molto minimal, cioè, non sembra ci abbiano messo tanto impegno in certe zone del gioco, specie all'inizio, dove le zone hanno quel minimo di personalizazzione ma niente di che. Ma ciò non si può dire per altre zone che mi hanno davvero incuriosito con stili di disegno unici e originali.
Soundtrack: le colonne sonore sono davvero poche in questo gioco e questo mette un pò i freni al gioco poichè in certe zone del gioco si sentirà la stessa colonna sonora in loop per tanto tempo prima che si passi alla sucessiva, nonostante ciò, le colonne sonore di questo gioco fanno il loro dovere dando sempre quel sentimento di ansia al giocatore.
Gameplay: qua ce poco da dire poichè il genere di gioco è sempre quello si fa nel bene e nel male le stesse cose che si fanno in tanti altri giochi ma devo dare quella spinta in più al voto per i puzzle che sono stati molto carini e comprensibili

Ну... чего ожидать от игры на гейм-мейкере времён бума таких игр? Простенькая завязка, немножко беготни, несложные загадочки. Но! Приятный сюжет, интересные визуальные образы, приколы восприятия... Короче, маленькой 13-летней мне нитакусе бы очень понравилось. Сейчас я просто говорю, что да, кайфик. Временами страшно даже! А, ну и жаль, что Гарри с собой не увела, конечно... Короче, не вам меня судить, что мне такое нравится... пон? Хихи
