I finally finished another game that I had been wanting to play in this series.
I also played the Famicom version because of the difference in audio in the Japanese version.
Oh my god, It was one of the most frustrating games I've ever played in my life. it didin't let you breathe for a second. Even so, you can see how they expanded on everything that the original game had done, the addition of playable characters, the different paths you can take and the variety of endings. The only two things I would say as "negative" is that you are constantly climbing stairs and that gets tiring at some point and I felt that the difficulty was very unfair at times, something that I only felt in the fight against death with the first one.
Graphically it is the peak of the series on the NES, You can notice how the sprites and backgrounds have improved since the first game it's so full of details.
I managed to make my way through and meet up with Grant and Sypha but I couldn't find Alucard so I ended up getting the ending with Sypha.

The USA version of this game is pretty darn cheap. Hard in a way that doesn't feel fun and doesn't feel fair.

Here we go. This game has it all. Perfect castlevania combat, Bosses galore, Multiple characters, branching paths. There isnt really a better Castlevania game until Rondo of blood hit the scene. if you love CV1 and CV4 play CV3 right now!
