Yes I have too many hours in this game. Is it good? Ehhhh, I have a hard time recommending it. The story is okay, gameplay gets stale really quick, I just got addicted to grinding it like any MMORPG. One good thing is that you don't NEED to spend money on the game, it's mainly for cosmetics. Some things are locked out like guardian quests and travel forms but they aren't necessary.
