Hi, it's me! Nice to meet you! 😄 Yes, the same chaotic (amateur) variety content creator as on twitch. Most of the games I play are first playthroughs WITHOUT any previous research of what happens, so the outcom... Show more... Show more

It has been a long time since we pushed a game to it's limits - in this one we did. Yes, we broke the game with physical items!
This game seems cosy but is not - got some feedback from viewers who stressed out even more than I did when watching the attempt of a first playthrough in "normal" mode.
It was a great recommendation, which i thank my dreamgirl for. Had tons of fun and a very steep learning curve on how to play it.
I heard, that one can do a playthrough even without being invovled into shady business, but it seems I was not able to do it. Whatever.
Thsi game is good for multiple playthroughs as explained below. And for this price one can accept the simplicity of this gameplay, although some actions MAY be against the moral of the player oneself and therefore push some boundaries (that is the reason for the one star off in gameplay).
Still, I can recommend this game, but as I said: do not let it fool you: not cosy!

If you think this is a cosy game, do not let the pretty graphics fool you - it is NOT. No idea why, but learning how this game works and developing my own strategy, pushed the GAME (!) to its limits - now it can be said, that it was "dumb user tested" but failed the test. ;)
In this game one plays as a clerk at an airport's lost+found booth. But it seems, that in order to "complete" the game, one HAS to put a foot into the shady world too.
After learning how the game works, a full playthrough will not take long. And even playing it the first time will not take many hours. But save yourself (and the game) and do NOT do your first playthrough in "normal" mode! Start with an easier mode and learn before attempting to get better and better.
Nevertheless, this game is a nice filler and has beautiful animations. That is why it is still recommended - especially for this price. Because of the beforementioned "learning curve", this game is definitely good for multiple playthroughs.

I was not the only one who had never before heard of this game when starting my first playthrough. Surprisingly many asked me about it and also admitted that this game had skipped their radar completely. But luckily that can be easily fixed by getting it now.
The amazing graphics and soundtrack make the gameplay very enjoyable. Especially it has to be pointed out, that this game has according to my sources many authentic elements of Japanese folklore in it.
The structure of the game is logically built up and the number of side activities (=missions and collectibles) makes the player spend a lot more time in the game, which is great. The skill tree is also well made and helps the player advance slightly faster with every upgrade.
Played this on "normal" setting and have to say, that for the first time being in this game, the challenges are enough. It never gets boring, some may find the collection of needed resources a little grindy though. But hey, nobody forces the player to get to the highest level!
I am very happy to have this game and it was a real pleasure to play it through. Definite recommendation.
Half a star off since some basic (by me personally) preferred fighting mechanics did not work - no idea why.

Funnily never saw anyone play this game before my playthrough - no idea why! This game is actually a gem.
Set in a fictional version of Tokyo. It still has many things that are according to my sources recognisable, be it sights/locations and parts of the folklore. The story is rather straightforward and nicely thought through, the enemies are defeatable. Some bosses were rather easy to defeat in the normal game mode, which was a nice surprise for a fluent first playthrough. The map is big enough and keeps one busy with looting and upgrading one's skills.
The graphics are amazing and the game did not crash even once when playing it on Win11. The only downside: Never got dodging to work, although I enjoy dodging in other games. Well thought through fighting mechanics, which cannot be explained here more without massive spoilers. The soundtrack is also nice and the voice actors (played it in original Japanese with English subtitles) were great. definite recommendation for this game!
