Well you guessed it another work out one I like to think some of these were a way of me getting up and doing stuff you're going to need the Wii balance board for this one and you're going to need a numb check along with the regular controller to play this I don't know if any of it works because of the fact that I don't stick to the workouts which I should be since I mostly sit at my computer desk and work and these are good alternative workouts if you can't afford a gym membership or anything like that or you don't want to deal with the Dicks at the gym as well and the pressuring I upon you sometimes it's best to work from home for you don't have to deal with people but I do enjoy some of the stretches and the mini games that they have on their when I do remember that I have this game
