Буквально разбухшая и раздутая Rabi-Ribi. Игра от тех же разработчиков, в которой они, возможно, попытались сделать работу над ошибками и подтянуть слабые стороны первой игры. Что получилось? В целом хуже, хотя как посмотреть. Визуал действительно стал намного лучше, игра очень приятная на вид, на персонажей приятно смотреть, на локации приятно смотреть, все красивое. Сюжет стал тоже стал лучше, теперь еще и полностью озвученные диалоги, в целом даже интересно. Геймплейно как будто тоже победа, потому что игра сильнее в плане боевки, билдостроения и комбух. Буквально тебя заваливают разными амулетами, которыми можно встроить свой стиль геймплея. Казалось бы антибугурт, но есть два момента, которые перечеркивают все плюсы. 1. Игра раздута. Не затянута, а именно раздута. На прошлую часть от этих же разработчиков ушло в два раза меньше времени при практически одинаковом количестве боссов. Более того, в Rabi-Ribi их больше. И где-то 20-ть часов еще как-то даже интересно ходить, искать всякие приколы, а потом уже думаешь - ну когда же это всё уже закончится. Концентрация боссов на квадратный час игры вообще посос. 2. Боссы слишком легкие. И все вот эти геймплейные приколы, которыми нас задаривает игры становятся как будто и не нужны? Я и так поставил игру на хард, но всё равно боссы отлетали с первой попытки. Мне вроде только одного приходилось перепроходить, но там уже игровой долбоебизм роль сыграл, а не сложность босса. Как бы зачем стараться строить билд из 100-200+ амулетов (я уже считать их перестал), когда битвы с боссами - это избиение пятиклассника. В итоге получается поделка красивая, но это совершенно не то, чего ты ожидаешь, поиграв в Rabi-Ribi. Ну и еще кстати вспомнил, совершенно ебланская тема с уклонением. Мне пришлось его вырубать нахуй. Из-за какой-то хуйни у меня персонаж в воздухе самостоятельно решал делать кувырок уворота, хотя я буквально долбил кнопку атаки. Как раз таки единственная смерть от босса была вызвана этим уворотом, когда девка вместо удара просто кувыркнулась в лаву нахуй и сдохла обосравшись и обоссашись. Подытоживая, рекомендую ли я? Да хуй знает, поиграйте лучше в Rabi-Ribi чесслово. Она пусть и не такая отполированная в плане сюжета, геймплея и визуала, но она более концентрированная, что ли. Такие мысли.

Note: I played almost all of my playthrough on Expert difficulty. I'm gonna straight up tell you, the story of TEVI is its weakest part. That said, if you've played Rabi-ribi, you know that's not a problem. While the story is decent (but with many faults), TEVI shines the most in its metroidvania-style bullet hell gameplay - of which the visuals and soundtrack compliment perfectly. Unlike most metroidvanias, your actual hitbox is a small dot around the center of your character's sprite. This allows enemies to throw Touhou-esque amounts of bullets, lasers, and the kitchen sink at you while still being fair. Sigils allow you to customize your gameplay style to change how certain attacks work, boost yourself, and debuff enemies. Movement abilities are used not only in terrain traversal, but are also integrated into boss fights. While the story may start to fall apart later on, the gameplay, OST, and visuals carry this game into being one of my top favorites. Would highly recommend if you want a challenge.

TRASH Bugged Tryhard sidescroller gameplay from 20th century Degenerate unfunny dialogues that spout 'mysterious nonsense' or try to 'add personality' to cliché characters with no soul Pixelated graphics with no innovation or effort beyond the 2D artist sprites Absolutely atrocious world and character design with the 10mil Japanese belts on every body part, random mecha parts, magic and soulless generic world that contribute nothing Hardcore otaku generation is dead - the devs should just stop huffing copium and clinging to outdated stylistics Dropped after a few hours because bugged (literally stuck and there is no proper saving system - only save points)
