これに限らず画面上の細かいネタを拾っているかどうかをもって「原作愛」とか「リスペクト」と呼ばれることが多いようだが、そうではなくて主題が継承されているかという意味で、このゲームには「人間と機械との関係」「運命は無く、未来は自分で変えることが出来る」という根本的なテーマがしっかり意識されているし、最終的にそれを語るためのストーリーである。余談、中盤以降T800が弱くはないんだけど映画のアレと比べたら簡単に倒せすぎない？と思ったけど、それはこちらがプラズマ兵器を持っているからで、実弾兵器は通用しないという脅威はしっかりあるので矛盾はしてない。

I have never enjoyed a game as much as terminator resistance and robocop and guess what they are both made by the same devs....I recommend this game :)

This game is great, its the 3rd Terminator we deserved, the gameplay is really good, especially when you're at the hospital and avoiding the T-800, those things actually terrify me, sad they become not so scary once you get your hands on your 1st generation plasma rifle and use it. Sad I couldn't get to use the 2nd generation plasma weapons near the end of the game but it makes narrative sense so I can't criticizes that. I finished the main campaign and the Infiltrator Mode, and let me tell you, playing as as a T-800 is AWESOME, the highlight of my experience with the game. Will update the review once I play the Annihilation Line DLC which I currently don't have.

This is a great game for anyone that loved the 1st and 2nd Terminator movies. All of the game and lore happen within the bubble of both films, easter eggs and all. Also, the DLC is a must. As far as the graphics go, sure it's nothing crazy per se, but in the heat of the battle it really is immersive. You will get caught up in the fire-fights. Also, the story is just so good for a beloved IP like this franchise. I really enjoyed this run, I played it on the Extreme Hard difficulty so not dying was a challenge. 😅
