While its predecessor, Spirit Hunter: Death Mark, found its spirits in distinct, horrifying locales, Spirit Hunter: NG weaves fear seamlessly into the mundane. Face down monsters in quiet residential streets, neighborhood parks, and even the protagonist’s own home. Be careful—terror lurks behind every corner.

I like this game it's really scary and it hits the brain cell in the right way Much like Death Mark it's great for me because it's like if Criminal Minds was about ghosts instead of unsubs! And we know I love VNs and horror so it's just perfect for me honestly. Also the visual and sound design are PHENOMENAL - really gets the scary mood going!! I did think a couple of the menus were poorly designed and there were a few parts where I got confused and needed a walkthrough but I thoroughly enjoyed this and I can't wait for Death Mark 2 to come out in the west! (I also think this improved greatly on Death Mark in terms of design/difficulty so that is taken into account as well - I love Death Mark but it's a bit clunkier than NG for sure)
