At first, we wake up in a cool multi-floor location surrounded by a dome, and this is really an interesting design, we move from top to bottom, but, unfortunately, it takes only 30 minutes to explore, it takes only 3 checkpoints out of about 8 or 10, then nothing new awaits us, it’s not exactly the same map, but at first glance you can’t tell, so to speak, again oil pipes, apartments, and other, for me, the main thing in such games should be - detailing the open world, even the humor here has become quantitatively more "sortirny", as it seemed to me in first 2 hours, at least. This doesn`t make "Sludge Life 2" a bad game, you can play it with YouTube or if you have nothing to do with your time, and for people who bought or took the first part on the giveaway, a good discount is available, but as a sequel, this is completely unjustified, call it a DLC - and no problem, the world didn`t get bigger, in 2 hours I opened all the points and explored 70% percent, if not more.. Judging by the list of items, very few new mechanics were brought in, or they were not delivered at all, the dialogues are still boring, the characters are inexpressive, it will works for fans of the first part, but why should I personally play the same thing a second time - I can’t find a reason, sorry, i liked only the initial location, that why it was impossible to make the whole map some kind of unusual structure floating in the air? and increase the world size at least 1.5 times - Then I could surely call it "The Second Part". p.s.
