Routine is a First Person Sci-Fi Horror title set on an abandoned Lunar base designed around an 80’s vision of the future. Curious exploration turns into a need for survival when a lunar base goes completely quiet. Searching for answers puts you face to face with an enemy who is certain the main threat is you. Discoveries lead to deeper unknowns and the only way to go is forward.

Не следил за ее разработкой, да и в целом не слышал про эту игру, пока мне ее не заказали. Достаточно интересный игровой опыт получился, в этой игре наверно самый лучший саунд работающий на окружение, только за звук овое сопровождение игру стоит пройти. Сюжет простоват и тривиален, опять мы на станции, опять решаем проблемы и разбираемся в куче мусора которые произошли до нас., ah shit here we go again.
Особо запомнилась система взаимодействия с инвентарем посредством единственного инстумента в игре ( ИПК - вроде так оно называется), хоть особого количества механик в игре я не заметил, однако я лично получил удовольствие от ее прохождения. Не шедевр, но распробовать стоит,если любишь космическую тематику и стилистику ретрофутуризма.

Это по сути первый иммерсивный хоррор, в который я играл лично. Игра для меня была очень страшной, просто до усёру, были моменты, когда я стоял и просто не хотел идти, так как понимал что меня ждёт. В целом очень круто, картинка топчик, страшилки расставлены грамотно. Очень достойный инди-хоррор, именно такими они и должны быть на UE5.

“Routine” is a utterly fantastic game. Short and to the point, dripping with atmosphere, horror, mystery and an thought-provoking story.
Not since “Alien: Isolation” have I engrossed myself in such impeccably realized 80s sci-fi vibes - absolute top of its game. The environmental story-telling on display is beyond impressive.

Игра достоянная внимания. Необычная механика с ИПК (индивидуальный помощник космонавта) - переключение модулей для поиска или решения возникающих задач, очень понравилась. Монстры \ роботы не такие душные, можно спокойно бегать и наслаждаться ретро футуризмом. Визуально игры выглядит достойно, приятная глазу и не цепляется какими-то недочетами, которые за всё прохождения не заметил.

Jogar esse jogo me trouxe memórias do verdadeiro terror que senti quando zerei Alien Isolation pela primeira vez. A atmosfera é simplesmente perfeita, claramente inspirada no game que acabei de mencionar, mas sem perder o seu charme próprio, principalmente nos elementos que dizem a respeito de sua narrativa, essa sendo o grande “problema”, pois por tentar entregar algo mais filosófico, se perde em fazer o jogador entender onde acaba a lógica do universo, e começa a filosofia metafórica! No mais geral, uma experiencia aterrorizante, muito bem feita, e divertida, recomendo para aqueles que tiverem coragem!

This game fully lives up to the expectations set by its impressive trailer from a decade ago. The long development time was not wasted. It delivers exactly what it promised: an atmospheric space survival horror with outstanding visuals and sound design.
You play as an astronaut on an abandoned moon base, trying to uncover what happened there. There are no traditional weapons - only an engineering tool that can be modified into a scanner and security device. Enemies can be disabled temporarily, but most of the time you'll be hiding from them. This hide-and-seek gameplay and retro aesthetics strongly reminds me of Alien: Isolation.
There is no HUD and no difficulty settings, which is good for the immersive experience. The game also includes several puzzles - not very challenging, but still interesting. On the downside, the game is quite short: you can finish it in 6-7 hours while exploring thoroughly and reading everything.
Almost an ideal piece of art, similar to titles like Scorn, Silent Hill or In Vivo. Highly recommended.

Смесь Penumbra (там буквально даже есть сегмент в стиле Penumbra: Black Plague 😂), SOMA и Alien: Isolation. Очень крутая атмосфера и действительно пугающий sci-fi хоррор. На некоторых моментах я реально кричал, а потом радовался, что игра смогла меня напугать — такого давно не было.
7.5/10. Если вам нравятся игры, которые я описал выше — must play.

I really enjoyed playing this game. It reminded me of a mixture of Alien Isolation and SOMA in the best way possible. The 80s/90s space vibes are comforting and familiar but also eerie and I really enjoyed the story and pacing. The graphics were good and the monsters and dynamics presented in this game are unique while also managing to have the classic "creep" factor that many players look for in games like this (myself included). I also really enjoyed the gameplay part, the puzzles and figuring out what to do is somewhat challenging (it makes you think) and the CAT machine that you get to use is pretty cool and makes up for the lack of combat, allowing the game to be more than a simple walking and hiding simulator. I only wish it was longer or had a sequel (future idea?) and that there was a way to actually pause the game, as pressing ESC brings up a menu but the game continues playing.
