Resident Evil 5 is the seventh video game in the Resident Evil series. It features similar gameplay to Resident Evil 4 utilizing the same over the shoulder view, but this time the environment plays a significant role. The player is now dependent on his partner more than in older games. When the partner's health bar drop down to 0, he will enter the dying stage where the health bar will flash red and gradually lower as he stays like this. Resident Evil 5 also features new types of enemies called Majini and mostly are of African descent.

El mejor juego coop de la generación 7. Lanzado en 2009 ya se mostraba gráficamente impresionante y pasados ya más de 15 años se sigue viendo muy bueno. Le di cientos de horas en PS3 y otras cuantas más en PC. Debe ser 1 de los 3 juegos que más veces repetí su campaña. No, no es survival horror es tercera persona y de tiros; sí, tiene controles tanque como el RE4 pero igual es un juego que para mi ha envejecido espectacularmente bien, un clásico que nos remite a una época no tan lejana en dónde los videojuegos eran simples, atrapantes y divertidos para jugar con un amigo una campaña concreta y listo.

I first played this game a long time ago in co-op with a friend, and it was a really enjoyable experience. At the time, I didn't pay much attention to the story or other aspects. Recently, I replayed the Gold Edition in single-player with an AI partner.
Most of the horror elements are gone. The locations are mostly bright, and the enemies aren't scary at all. The gameplay is largely similar to RE4, but with added co-op mechanics: inventory management happens in real time, and some doors and puzzles require cooperation with your partner. There are also several very difficult sections with seemingly infinite waves of enemies, which can be frustrating. Weapon balance is good, and you can upgrade weapons using gold.
The game is set in Africa. The story is as weak as in many other Resident Evil titles: bio-weapons, infected locals, and a shady corporation pulling the strings. Wesker is once again the main villain.
It's a very good co-op game, but the single-player mode with an AI partner isn't nearly as engaging. The Gold Edition also includes the Lost in Nightmares DLC, which is definitely worth playing.

Как по мне, самый слабый резик из всех. И дело не в том что игра ушла в шутер, а в слабом геймплее, не самом интересным Крисом на гг, но самое главное это отвратительная Шева Амалар, как в плане персонажа, и уж тем более как в плане ИИ. Единтвенное что хоть как-то держит игру на плаву - это Вескер.

Me and my homie Astraphii we're playing this game together. I can say I enjoyed this game but I did have to carry Phi on my back throughout the entire game as he was getting destroyed by the camera the entire game and the QTE's!
We also did both DLC's in the game which were very good as well!

Played in co=op with my friend.
Not my fav but still a great RE game!
I really liked the fact that you can play this one in co-op and again had your stats at the end of every chapter.
You could also buy weapons etc. once in a while.
I didnt like the playable characters too much though.
and ofc CARRY CAPACITY...
