This enhanced HD version of Onimusha: Warlords now supports 16:9 wide screen resolution as well as the old 4:3 ratio. Improved controls now allow players to move and fight with analog-stick precision. The Japanese voices have been re-recorded for this remaster, and the brand new soundtrack promises to be even more spectacular than the original.

Had a fun time with this game. Played it for the first time and it's essentially Resident Evil with samurai's. Looking forward to playing more of the onimusha series.

E chegamos ao primeiro jogo zerado do ano! Me falaram que o jogo era curto mas eu não sabia que tanto. Enrolei muito pra jogar, mas aproveitei que agora esta pra sair um novo Onimusha, então estou buscando fazer a quadrilogia primeiro pra depois assistir a série animada. Estamos falando de um jogo bem antigo, o primeiro do PS2, então claro que temos muitas limitações (que eu achei que iam ser levemente melhoradas no Port). Só de terem colocado controle analógico e não só controle de tanque, isso já me deixa muito mais aliviado! As lutas, inclusive, ficaram bem tranquilas graças a remoção do controle de tanque (já que fica mais fácil se virar para os inimigos e etc) A história é simples e curta (assim como o jogo), Samanozuke tem que salvar a princesa e seu irmão dos demonios e um deles reviveu Nobunaga. QUando a gente fala assim a gente até pensa que vai ter uma luta contra o Nobunaga no final, certo? Spoiler: Não tem. E você nem joga com o Devil Triggered Samanozuke kkkk Coisas que eu achei que iam acontecer! Mas deixaram esse sistema pros jogos posteriores. Sobre o visual, não tenho muito a ressaltar pelo fato do jogo ser um jogo de PS2... mas tenho a ressaltar que não vi muita melhoria em relação a isso pelo port (já que é apenas um Port e não um Remaster...) mas eu gostaria muito que a Capcom aproveitasse o novo Onimusha pra portar os outros 3 que temos e, se possivel, o de luta também! E agora, partiu segundo jogo!

This is a big nostalgia game for me. I played the series growing up and was excited when I saw it was released on Steam in 2019. It's not too long (only takes about 4 hours to beat the main story), but if you like Ninja Gaiden and/or Resident Evil, it's Capcom's love child of the two. It still holds up today and is definitely worth a playthrough.

Ein Kurze Reise ins Jahr 2001 mit dem Gameplay von 2019. Aber eine Gute und hatte meinen Spass. Dennoch hätte Capcom mehr machen als etwas Polygone auf zu hübschen und die Steuerung anzupassen.

This was a surprisingly short game but I really enjoyed it. The game appeals to several things that I like: the fixed camera angles of classic Resident Evil games with a simple but fun combat system. About a couple hours into the game I realized the story was flying by at a really fast pace. A quick Google search confirmed that the game is pretty short (the average play time is 4 1/2 hours). It's also got that classic Capcom game level of voice acting. The story works best when it focuses on the central conflict and not when it tries to incorporate a Japanese history lesson. It worked for me because I had played Nioh only a couple games before, but it still felt off whenever it was brought up. While it was interesting to see historical figures in this setting it didn't add anything to the story. The game's ending also hinted at further stories to be told and mostly gave a quick narrative summary of where some of these characters would end up. I see why this game got multiple sequels. It's fun, short, and leaves a lot of room to improve upon for future installments.

Игруха улёт, это как старые резики, только про самураев, пиздишь демонов, жрёшь траву, апаешь оружие, всасываешь души перчаткой (у меня эта сука работала через жопу, я думал, геймдизайнеры долбаёбы, а долбаёбом оказался я, причина мой конченный геймпад, вместо того, чтобы все души за раз всосать, он отменил анимацию и начинал трясти рукой, как с синдромом Паркинсона), а в целом игру посоветовать могу каждому
