Never Alone (Kisima Ingitchuna) is an atmospheric puzzle platformer and the first game to be developed in collaboration with the Iñupiat, an Alaska Native people, drawn from a traditional story that has been shared across the generations. Nearly 40 Alaska Native elders, storytellers and community members contributed to the development of the game. It features two characters, and it can be played in single-player mode or play cooperatively with a friend as you trek through frozen tundra, leap across treacherous ice floes, swim through underwater caverns and face enemies both strange and familiar. You'll explore awe-inspiring environments, perform heroic deeds and meet legendary characters from Iñupiaq stories — all narrated by a master storyteller in the spoken Iñupiaq language.

A very short side-scrolling puzzle platformer, with co-op abilities. I played with co-op and I'm not sure how single player plays. The movement is "floaty" where the physics is trying to be too real, so it messes up the movement a bit. There weren't many puzzles and the hardest one was one that was unclear on how to deal with a polar bear that was trapped with us in a room. The game looked nice and I respect the ties to the culture it was trying to make. But if it wasn't as short as it was, I probably wouldn't have kept playing it.

A fun little game where you play as little girl along with your fox friend. I had a hard time with some mechanics and other things. I managed to get 100% achievements, but I wouldn't play this game again, considering some aspects (gameplay wise) were a bit frustrating. Besides that, it's still a cool game!

Un juego muy bonito visualmente. Historia atractiva y jugabilidad de 10 puntos. La historia está basada en una historia de una tribu originaria de Alaska, algo que le da aún más valor. Game bem fofinho, história interessante sobre um conto de uma tribo do alaska, a gameplay solo é meio bugada, acredito que jogando coop não tem problema. Visualmente o game é bem bonito. Jogo legal pra passar um tempo e conhecer conteúdo novo.

Never Alone is a beautiful game that shares real history and traditions of the Iñupiat people of Alaska, told through Nuna and her friend Fox, as they search for the source of an eternal blizzard, that threatens the survival of everything they have ever known. The game is a simple platformer with slightly janky controls that can give more than your fair share of annoyances while playing, but it shines through the collectible videos called insights, that consist of the Iñupiat elders, storytellers, and other members of the Alaskan Native community sharing stories and wisdom about their culture, values and the amazing Arctic world that you encounter through the game. It also has a message about global warming, and how it has affected the people of Alaska and their day to day life. I very much enjoyed the experience that this game offered, even though I had some troubles with the Bola controls. Despite that, I was fully enjoying my time and always found it exciting to hear more about the Iñupiat through the video insights. The game is beautifully crafted, with a strong message and it's culturally impactful. Definitely recommending the main game, but also the DLC, which was a nice little addition.
