Mass Effect Legendary Edition

One of my favorites (the series) so it was really nice to have this edition. It sucks weren't able to do the ME3 multiplayer in it though. That was so fun and such good memories.

My favourite game of all time! I repeat it a lot, some people didn't liked the ending(s) but they were good for me if you choose them based on your character. I still Replay it from time to time (also the DLC's were great too!)

I'll keep it short otherwise this will be a novel, but overall the Mass Effect trilogy is still an absolute must-play for every gamer, it's a masterpiece through and through, with the exception of the last 10 minutes or so of the first game. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone, truly Bioware's best work and Mass Effect 3 to this day still remains their last good game (as of the time of writing) - I played as a Renegade FemShep and romanced Garrus this time around. Mass Effect 1: Very flawed masterpiece, the combat has aged poorly as it is a 18 year old game and the legendary edition didn't really update that aspect of it too much. The story is fairly straight-forward but it's a great introduction to what Mass Effect is about. It has a good villain, is a great epic space adventure that lets you meet an amazing cast of characters, and has a satisfying conclusion that has you excited for the next chapter. Mass Effect 2: Truly amazing, one of the best RPG's ever made, really hard to find flaws in this one, the combat feels really good to play, especially in comparison to ME1. The best cast of squad mates in the trilogy, and they're all thoroughly developed. You truly feel like there's a lot at stake, and you need to make sure you have everything prepared by the end or you'll lose people in the last mission. There's a few frustrating enemies, but nothing that hurts the overall quality of the game. Great ending, again, leaving you wanting more. Mass Effect 3: For the majority of this game, I'd say for about 98% of this game, this is the best Mass Effect experience. But the last 2% damages things so much that it hurts the entire trilogy. The ending is such a pivot that it completely derails the stories quality and makes you feel like you just built all the way up to nothing. It's very rare that an ending can make you feel deflated after an amazing adventure, but this one does it. Outside of that, best combat, best story (until the end), most cinematic, most developed missions throughout the game. All in all, a wonderful game with a poor conclusion. It's a blast start to near finish.

I dragged my feet on finishing this one, but this series is truly one of my favorites. It was very emotional doing it all again, and while the crappiness of how the ending is has been less crappified over the years, man does it still sting.
