This game had fantastic atmosphere. Movement felt slower paced which I REALLY liked because it allowed me to have more tense fights as well as take in the environments of each level.

This game felt so much like half life, but set in a retrofuturistic world, there were puzzle-like levels and walls, mediocre fpsing but very nice level designs. The visual style were great.

I am so so so sorry for this game. The idea is great but it keeps having gamebreaking problems. Still, i give a ton of "pitypoints" for great story, voice actors, graphics, idea and enjoyability.

The hopes were high, when trying to play this game. The idea is nice, the protagonist is also very good and also the story has interesting plot twists so far, Nevertheless, it did not go as planned: In the middle of the mission "Old street" out of nowhere when reloading a save after dying, the game simply dropped FPS so low, it became unplayable. Mixing the settings as much as I could, updating Nvidia drivers too - neither helped. In addition to that, even the Unreal engine crashed, a phenomenon only too recently seen on another game.
I am sorry, but for now I have to say: not recommended. Not until that gamebreaking problem is out of the world. Will probably try it later if it works and re-evaluate the whole game.
A pity - just today I found out, that I had walked by most of the ammo-caches in this game and learnt how to find them.
Re-review after replay 01/2024: Gave this game a second try. The bug mentioned above was fixed, but the gamesave (manual AND autosave) still broke by the end of the game (win11, nvidia 3070, newest drivers+updates). Recommendation: try to finish the game in ONE run, then you reach the end! Because of this, I can not change to recommended.

An interesting story akin to Bioshock, the visuals were stunning, soundtrack was great, and the story was captivating. I docked off a star for gameplay because I broke the game once or twice doing normal tasks. All in all, do recommend if you like Dystopian Sci-fi stories.
Hardest difficulty setting.
Interesting but ultimately a bit disappointing FPS
