I am about to upset a whole lot of people. This is one of the worst games I have ever played in my entire life. I have never found myself more irritated, annoyed, and bored by a videogame before this one. The story is drek, the instances are miserable hot garbage. The textures are so bad for a modern mmo. GW2 came out at the same time and looks a billion times better. The OST is like 3 tracks played over and over and over and takes you out of every serious moment. It is soulless. It is racist as hell when it comes to anything pertaining to the New World and as someone from a Lakota family I want to throw up doing BLU story. I would have more fun playing I Wanna Be the Guy than this. The dialog is hard to get through, most cutscenes are not voiced but unlike 11 presents it in a very hard to read fashion which makes it basically impossible to follow any of the story, the Shakespearean type speaking manner is very hard to parse for someone with ED and Dyslexia, the devs hate disabled people in general and this game sent me to the Urgent Care several times, once I almost went to the Emergency Room because the flash bang vfx and retina-piercing furniture laser beam lights (looking at you Lily Wall Lamp) gave me life threatening medical grade migraines and actually became the reason I was prescribed my Migraine pills that I literally cannot afford to fill. This game is UNPLAYABLE without extensively modifying it. You are basically SCREWED if you need to play on controller. The housing system used to be life threatening now it's just disheartening. Yoshi P is an actual dckhead who actively hates his playerbase. I never wanted to play this game but my friends bullied me into it and I have hated most every second. Good storylines are CNJ/WHM, DRK, SCH, GNB. I keep being told "It Gets Better in the NEXT expac" and then I play that one and I am still just as miserable and bored, and now the only one I haven't touched is EW. Waiting for this game to be good.

This did indeed drag even after being restructured and having a lot of cut content...that last patch though? A tried and true stunner

First proper FF game I ever played. Good MMO. However, MMO's get tiring after a while. Would totes be a Lalafell again.

Ok so Realm Reborn is still awesome, the innovative way in an mmorpg you can switch classes on the fly and not have to create a new character drew me in and I'm still playing to this day
