Was an awesome experience in the beginning then they started to fuck up with updates that exposed your PvE Base and losing that means you're back to the beginning again with finding a new location and building it all up again, i forgave them for the first miss but then it happened again and im now totally done with the game :(

Probably a skill issue. But once you stick me in a locked area without a way out unless I kill everybody (higher level enemies), and if I die and leave, and can't get access to my tombstone, well, ggs game over for me. I finally beat the locked area after about 5 attempts - mind you every attempt I was yeeted to the start of this dungeon and had to fight my way through. I die on the other side beacuse my weapon is broken, I have no heals left, and there's still more enemies. Tell me why it boots me back to the start and my deathbox is AFTER the locked area? 32k currency gone. Yeah, no thanks. It made me uninstall LOL. The building mechanics were nice. The story, so far, was pretty mid. The shielded enemies were somewhat difficult, and the skills, and endless tools you need to do... anything... was overwhelming. I wish I liked this more. I loved watching people play it. Doing it myself though? Nah. Not a vibe.

So my first review was negative, this review will be .... negative again and I'll explain why right away, so sit back 🙂 First of all, it's a nice game with a graphic representation of both the landscape and the characters, a really huge map with a lot of options. But as usual, it has its flaws, first I should say that playing it alone is a suicide mission, just getting all the necessary materials for development, construction and survival is too much for one player, but when you are hunted by not only a sandstorm, worms from the depths of the sand and God forbid that your machine breaks down in the middle of a dune, then Amen to you, such unbearable heat and understanding what to wear in the scorching summer sun factor 1000+, the alternation of day and night is very short. 🤔 Building a better machine for transporting materials and people takes some time and if you play solo then much longer, the consumption of water and energy is abnormal. First of all, you need to satisfy your thirst, so I recommend building a house as close as possible to the water product and as close as possible to some building material such as stone, otherwise amen! ;) So energy and water first of all, build the size of the house, the size of the doghouse a little larger, maybe for larger abnormally sized mastiffs! Then proceed further, but what is the number one joke that replacing all filters, especially for air generation, is limited to only three days (like the player has to be at his building every day and take care of all the equipment like a caretaker 24/7 and do nothing else but find equipment for operation?! ) and this also applies to the wind turbine, even though the capacity is much larger there! And now the second joke! The entire development team of this game is really making fun of people that they have to pay property taxes every seven days, they probably don't mean it seriously and what if I don't pay, they'll execute me in the form of Fremen and put a seal on my main door? and I'll lose everything in the building and the country will become homeless?! This is really complete nonsense and like sorry, but this will discourage a lot of players who play alone and don't have the opportunity to travel outside the map, because the capital is outside the map and it's necessary to travel long distances! So think about this! And I found out today that I have Taxa lit up here, so here we have the first game where you not only pay everything from energy, water and sewage, but also property taxes! Finally, we have some (-) in the game, from time to time the game experiences lags (they try to eliminate them), but they are! either it's cut off, a player with a greater response flashes by you or simply various locations on the map have some defect. Next is the combat system, well I don't know whether to cry or laugh, the problem is that some units are so stupid that if they don't get off the ground, you can mow them down like bowling pins! And if you're unlucky and practically everyone is running at you and you're a "Man with the Mark of Death", then before you move, you're a dead man! It's just slow and not very fun, so it's good to go into action with a little deliberation and as close to the refresh point as possible! And finally; don't build a building on beautiful golden sand, it may seem like a peaceful place to rest, but it may happen that the entire object will be eaten by a worm and it will literally become your resting place and become a monument to you "Here he lived, was and was eaten!" So somewhere where there is a rock! 🤔 So make your own opinion about this game and let me know in the comments what you think of the taxes in the game. ... after a week I turned the game on again, again a call to pay taxes, (the smaller the house the better)! I thought I would do some task and steal a few gold coins, but new enemies who have never camped there should not be allowed to spam, but whatever... I was fed up with the possible restoration of life, but the loss of my wardrobe and equipment durability. Because the combat system of hy is in a catastrophic state! Not only does an enemy hit you from several hundred meters without you seeing him, but knife against knife with the intention of stabbing you, but before your character can pull himself together, the AI is attacking again! Also, the AI vs AI fights are comical and God forbid you get lost there, everyone will run at you. Walking through closed doors is probably something new, I found out in this game! I still don't have a plane and I won't have one, I'm just trying to find something here, search and play it by myself, I'm really starting to get bored with the game, but I guess I'm not alone anymore when the server goes down from full capacity. I'm really sorry, but the game is boring, I can't move anywhere, when I explore the map, there's a storm and everything is covered again, I can't find a high hill for God's sake, when there are high mountains everywhere, it's just not enough to shoot a ball! The game is sloppy, it seems to me that there are more and more bugs, lags and stupidity, complexity and distances! And the last thing I noticed is that the servers are completely lacking players, I've been playing alone on servers where there were a lot of players! Everything is repeated, no new tasks, nothing new in the game, constant running around the map for raw materials and payments for the house you built! The biggest gem is that if you build, for example, wind power plants with a capacity of 20 days for energy production, your "basic energy refineries" will not work without energy, which is absolute nonsense, so why create other resources when nothing works without the main one! Please, this is such a stupid game that it's boring, it's sad! 😠👎️

As of this review I have 266 hours, The game is awesome. It has release bugs and not everything is how they want it, pvp, landsraad, pve ect. It does struggle a bit with what type of game it want's to be, as the first part of the game "Hagga basin" is a pve with limited pvp survival RPG. You can get 80 hours out of it easy. The 2nd part of the game is the "Deep Desert" a pvp zone that is more of a resource extraction game than anything else. pvp was mostly limited to ganks and zergs with some equal pvp and almost no ground pvp. They are actively working on fill out out the systems and listening to the community about what they want. The most major change as of this review is the "DD" (Deep Desert) has now been split into half pvp, half pve. My advice on the game? The time spent in Hagga Basin is 100% worth the asking price, it's fun, has interesting lore and story. Pick it up even if you never want to deal with the DD. Thank you for reading.
