Action

You are an undercover driver, trying to survive amidst an international war between American and Brazilian gangs. The action takes you to Chicago, Las Vegas, Rio and Havana, all of which are depicted in detail, with curved roads added from the first game. As before, you have full control over the car as it storms around the streets. A new feature is the ability to get out of the car, and carjack others. This is especially useful when you have fallen victim to the advanced damage modeling. There is a full sequence of missions to complete, as well as some pre-set challenges and a Free Driving mode allowing you to explore at your leisure.

Кароче, прошел я драйвер 2 и че могу сказать, в целом, игра гораздо лучше 2 части, она выглядит более целостно, добавили различные города со своими культурными особенностями, транспортом и тд, для того времени это очень атмосферно. Сюжетно, абсолютный кал если честно, гоняемся за Ленни всю игру, зачем и нахрена мне не особо понятно, когда есть челы которые имеют вес гораздо больше чем он. Криминальная история сама по себе хуже чем у самых плохих фильмах. Возможность менять машины во время прохождения миссий не очень то и нужна по большому счету, хотя интересна во время эксплоринга по городу. Понравилась миссия с поездом, где нужно опередить поезд, и запомнилась дрочная шляпа на уровне последней миссии из драйвера 1 где нужно разбить машину по серпантинной дороге, короче 50 из 100 чисто из за того что можно было кататься по городу и долбить ментов.

Not bad and probably a better game than the original. One of my proudest moments was winning a PSOne with this game as a kid from a gaming magazine!

O jogo ainda é um pouco datado, mas não consigo deixar de dar 5 estrelas depois da minha animação jogando já em 2021 e ver a minha cidade no jogo, o Rio de Janeiro. E é uma representação MUITO boa, com locais que não são tão famosos mas estão incluídos, com coisas reais dentro do jogo, com a polícia falando português. Além do jogo ser realmente bom, isso foi muito um prato cheio para mim.
