Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen contains all the content from the original Dragon’s Dogma plus the additional content from its sequel, including the Bitterblack Isle area, filled with challenging new enemies and quests, and additional high level weapons and armour sets. Along with its stunningly high resolution graphics and full Steam platform support, this is the ultimate franchise experience for PC players. Set in a huge open world, Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen presents a rewarding action combat experience. Players embark on an epic adventure in a rich, living world with three AI companions, known as Pawns. These partners fight independently, demonstrating prowess and ability that they have developed based on traits learnt from each player. PC users can share these Pawns online and reap rewards of treasure, tips and strategy hints for taking down the terrifying enemies. Pawns can also be borrowed when specific skills are needed to complete various challenging quests.

Le pongo 3 estrellas por que el juego no explica nada, si no tenes gente que te explique o miras foros/videos para aprender el juego es una paja ya que se pierde de muchas cosas. si no fuera por eso, seria un 5 de score y 4,5 de gameplay

I knew about the game back when the original came out on PlayStation 3, but I couldn’t get to it. And now, after a decent number of years, the second part and a re-release of the extended version under the subtitle Dark Arisen have been released. The game begins with a dragon attacking a small fishing village, in which the main character dared to challenge him, for which he was punished and received the "mark of the dragon". Now he begins his campaign to take revenge on the dragon and return what is rightfully his. The game has a rather interesting system of interaction with pawns - NPCs that follow the main character everywhere. They are quite active in collecting items, exploring locations, have their own opinion on events and player actions, in general, they do everything that at some point you might think that these are random players who have entered your game session. Also, those pawns that are created by the player can travel to the worlds of other players if they call them to their squad. After resting, the experience gained in the world of another player, the pawn will transfer back. Thus, the character seems to come to life and is active even when the player is offline. The game in terms of plot development resembles The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. After completing the starting location and learning the basic game mechanics, you can go kill the main boss, he is not hiding anywhere, and it is enough to find him in one of the locations in the open world. But defeating him at the very beginning will be oh so difficult and will take a lot of time. Therefore, for a comfortable final battle, you need to complete quests, increase combat power, improve equipment, etc. The game has minor but frequent bugs, such as a map that doesn't load, or when you start to hit an enemy, and he suddenly disappears and teleports to another place, for no apparent reason. It's not that this somehow makes the gaming experience worse, but after so many years, this has still not been fixed by patches, which is a shame. The game can be recommended to all fans of action games, as well as those where an important role in the narrative is given to the player himself. It is he who decides where to move the story at a given moment, and this is what is valuable in this game.

I really liked the DLC area, but I wasn't really keen on playing through again so that I could be at an appropriate level for it.

Dragon's Dogma was my dream game upon release. Aside from the 80ish hours I have on PC, I have another 200 hours on PS3 and 100 hours on switch. It's a fantasy adventure RPG where you do all the standard RPG tasks, but in what was the most beautiful world I had seen for 2013.

GRAFICA:7 1/2 SONORO:7 1/2 GIOCABILITA':6+( 8.5 CS, 4 esplorazione) LONGEVITA':6 TRAMA:6 ATMOSFERA:6 1/2 +Combat system ancora oggi gagliardo +Class system eccellente +Ancora bello graficamente -Esplorazione dell'open world balorda -NO FAST TRAVEL -Missioni pallose Ci ho riprovato ancora. Per la quarta volta, a iniziarlo. Stavolta sono durato sensibilmente di più ma,alla soglia delle 16 ore, ho detto ancora una volta basta a Dragon's Dogma Dark Arisen. Seppure la versione PC sia di gran lunga la migliore e su Deck giri a meraviglia, le grosse magagne del titolo come la strutturazione penosa delle missioni, la narrativa raffazzonata e l'illegale backtracking mi hanno costretto a desistere nonostante gli "alti" del gioco come grafica,sonoro e soprattutto combat system e class system. Perchè cazzo, se Dragon's Dogma negli scorsi 4 anni mi ha convinto 4 volte, una all'anno, a riprovare a prenderlo in mano nonostante le volte precedenti fossero sempre andate a ramengo qualcosa di buono ce l'ha, eccome se ce l'ha. Infatti ,pur non avendolo mai portato a termine mi sento in forte hype per il seguito che probabilmente verrà annunciato a breve: se riuscissero a modernizzare il titolo adottando una strutturazione delle missioni più diretta e un'open world più frizzante ed esplorabile pur mantenendo invariato il cs e le sinergie fra le classi saremmo di fronte ad un gioco della madonna. Speriamo nel sequel!

I wanted to like it. I really did. But it bored me to tears. I only got it to 37 hours because I was streaming it. Oh, and I had to redo 4 hours of progress because I don't remember this game is so unremarkable even my struggles with it are forgettable. If this was as moddable as Skyrim in terms of overhauling content, I'd probably give it a go. But at a cursory look, it doesn't have as many mods.

Malgré le manque de temps et de moyens pour le produire, je pense que c'est un jeu à faire ! Le système de combat est incroyable, je me suis beaucoup amusée à le faire et à le 100%.

this game is ambitious and a marvel on what they included for something originally launched on ps3 / xbox 360. though in a modern lens it is a bit dated. the gameplay is dynamic as you switch classes but the combat can get a bit repetitive sometimes as you are traversing the world. as for the story, it delves in the lore and history of the lands but kinda throws it all away since the big reveal is at the end and everything else is a moot point. I think this game excels in the last third (climax) but it takes a bit to get there unless you beeline the main quests. music on the other hand is an absolute banger and a mix of jpop and traditional fantasy style arrangements. visually the npcs lack movement and emotions through their faces but this game still looks beautiful with its landscape and city design.

i love this game don't ask me why maybe the fight mechanics as mage? i love being a mage the story start's realy good ( yes better than in DD2 ;D ) after DD2 i make dd1 a playthrough Again ( the 4th time i guess)
