Devil May Cry 2 is the sequel to Devil May Cry. From the start of the game, the player controls Dante or his new partner Lucia through various levels as they battle waves of demons. This game features an Amulet system, with different parts being acquired throughout the levels that can be equipped by accessing the pause menu. The different parts of the amulet can be equipped to change aspects of the characters Devil Triggers form like elemental moves, time stop abilities, faster movement, flight abilities, etc.

Je sais qu'il est malaimé ce jeu dans la série des Devil May Cry mais y ayant joué petite, j'en garde de très bons souvenirs. Ce ne serait sûrement pas la même aujourd'hui.

This game gets way too much hate for what it is. It's a fun game. It's inoffensive in it's flaws. It doesn't waste your time. It made some design choices that I think are the best of the entire DMC series and that I wish existed in future entries--essential movement abilities aren't locked to weapons and you don't have to spend red souls to unlock something as simple as a double jump three separate fucking times. The boss visual designs are fucking sick and some of the coolest in the series. The level design is average and the combat entirely revolves around how fast you can shoot your fucking guns. The game is OK, and that's ok. Fuck Devil May Cry fans.

it's not as horrible, difficulty is absolutely weird, and mood is way too edgy than it needs to be, also some designs of enemies are awful, but if you don't go with the "hold shoot" meme, you can still do some stylish stuff
