Normally my reviews are longer but this was a very short experience so I am going to give it a smaller review. There really wasn't any new story in this sequel, just Beebz and her friends getting trapped in a portrait and trying to escape. Gameplay was the same as Demon Turf, however they did remove the combat element and this was strictly platforming. They removed the pause ability Beebz had and also adjusted how the abilities worked in this new world. The collectables are different, the lollipops did remain but the cakes are gone and instead there is a disk to collect each level which will unlock the harder version of that level. With this game being Neon Splash the design of this game was so bright and honestly too bright at times making it hard to actually see. The level designs were solid and even contained some key items and features from the previous levels in demon turf. They did sprinkle in some new elements like new jumps and to replace the enemies they added other ways to hurt beebz like rotating levels, slow falling levels and even blocking your screen making it hard to land certain jumps. For the music of this game it was vastly different from the original, while the original had more of a hiphop R&B vibe this one had more of an electro sound that hyped you up. The soundtrack had 4 tracks in it and each track was a little over 3 mins. This game is overall a nice summer break from the original. Playtime is very short about 2hrs for the main game and about 5 hours for complentionist. This game was an Gush for me. I suggest everyone give it a play though for themselves.
