i thought it was good hated the Riddler trophies but the story was so peak would rate it a 7/10 i would play it again
This is a solid Batman game and is probably the best one on the Arkham series. UNFORTUNATELY, I ran into a bit of a game breaking bug near the end of the game that made beating the game pretty much impossible. Despite that, I was able to beat about 95% percent of the main story, and from what I played it was a great time. I will say, there was probably a little too much batmobile for my liking, but I get that this was the first batman game to introduce it so it was kinda the gimmick. Overall, highly recommend this game. Especially if you've played the other Arkham games.

Not a bad game for what it was. I won't spend the 80 hours doing all 243 Riddler challenges, so I'll have to cheat to see the true ending to the game.

Batman Arkham Knight serves as the concluding entry in Rocksteady's Batman series, providing a comprehensive experience of the Dark Knight set against the backdrop of a sprawling, rainy Gotham City. I played it some time ago, and it offers the satisfying feeling of gliding across rooftops, engaging enemies with fluid combat combos, and navigating vents to quietly take down groups of armed foes. The combat remains well-executed, smooth and intense, with gadgets like batarangs and explosive gel adding strategic options without overwhelming the player.
The story involves Scarecrow teaming up with the fictional Arkham Knight, featuring some plot twists that are noteworthy for fans of Batman lore. Gotham City feels lively, with numerous side missions such as collecting Riddler’s trophies or intervening in crimes, which extend the gameplay beyond the main narrative.
However, one aspect that may feel overemphasized is the Batmobile. While initially enjoyable, its ability to switch from driving to a tank for combat, the vehicle is incorporated into many aspects of gameplay, including puzzles, boss encounters, and chases, which can sometimes feel repetitive. Its inclusion seems to have influenced the design around the vehicle rather than fitting seamlessly into the overall experience. Some sequences become monotonous, and although the ending is grand, it leaves a few unresolved elements that might be unsatisfying to some.
The visuals remain impressive, particularly the rain-soaked streets and detailed character models, and the soundtrack effectively enhances the tense atmosphere. Overall, it serves as a solid conclusion to the series, despite some flaws. I would rate it 4 Stars, enjoyable for fans, though not without imperfections.
