Welcome to the Living Lands, a mysterious island filled with adventure and danger. Set in the fictional world of Eora that was first introduced to players in the Pillars of Eternity franchise, Avowed is a first-person fantasy action RPG from the award-winning team at Obsidian Entertainment. The Living Lands is a place that feels foreign yet somewhat intrinsic to you as it feels the island itself is calling out to you for help. Explore an island home to many different environments and landscapes, each with their own unique ecosystem. Mix and match swords, spells, guns, and shields to fight your way. Dig into your grimoire for spells to trap, freeze or burn enemies, bash them with your shield, or use range bows to attack from a distance. Companions from a spread of species will fight alongside you, with their own unique set of abilities. From a former mercenary to an eccentric wizard, they will be part of your journey with your choices shaping them as you help them with their quests.

I'm actually enjoying the game but I can't evaluate it yet, my pc is not built for games like these... I want to comeback tho, really! Idk when I will get a pc upgrade, its more likely that this game will go to Ps before that lmao

This game is fine. But that's about all it is. There's nothing outstanding about Avowed. The combat is like Skyrim, but way better, with dodging and way cooler and more satisfying battle effects. The story was very typical and bland, but the characters were interesting. The voice acting is great and the dialogue is extensive, if you ask questions; or you can skip most of it if you just want to get on with it. The visuals are colorful and vivid, and it's a joy to explore the world. Speaking of which, exploring feels like Skyrim, but better, with more satisfying movement, and the ability to vault over things and climb up ledges. Overall, the game is great, but for some reason it fails to hook me. I did play it for probably 15 hours or so, but I wouldn't consider that enough to judge the full game. Despite doing everything pretty well, it lacks something to make it interesting enough to keep playing.

100% достижений. Игру проходил по gamepass на PC. Лично мне игра понравилась геймплейно. Приятная боевка. Весело рубить врагов. Мир в целом было интересно изучать. Много сундуков и артефактов разработчики умудрились попрятать по углам :) С удовольствием и вовлеченностью прошел игру второй раз на максимальной сложности.

Combat is this games saving grace. Weapon upgradingb only scales with game difficulty. I'd suggest anyone playing this, enjoys the combat magic and takes PLENTY of Essence potions. Story is predictable and very linear for a modern RPG. Dialogue in conversations is tedious and cumbersome.

Обычная ни чем не примечательная РПГешка. Сюжет обычный, злодей хочет всеми править. Боевка с интересными механиками, но немного криовата. Интересная магия, но плохо проработанный ближний бой. Поэтому рекомендую строить билды через магического персонажа, так как достаточно много разнообразной магии. Музыка и визуал ничем не примечательны. Побочные квесты по типу найди то, убей того, принеси сюда. Часто повторяющаяся одна и та же информация в диалогах, что очень расстягивает концовку. 6 хурц абоб из 10

Parece el típico juego de rol estilo medieval con elfos, enanos, humanos y blablabla, pero con su estilo visual y el lore que han construido a su alrededor me ha encandilado por completo. Su gameplay es normalito pero entretenido, la historia en sí no es una locura y la música acompaña bien.

Pas d'histoire, gameplay vieillissant alors qu'il est neuf, 2 musiques qui se battent en duel, crash après 2h de jeu, ne s'allume plus depuis sont 3 ème crash, aucune mise à jours depuis la sortie du jeu, il est abandonné avant d'être terminé, c'est 50€ de perdu, classé directement au rang de jeu de merde

Спустя месяц могу мало чего вспомнить и сказать об игре, что меня крайне печалит. Помню что игра мне понравилась: было интересно исследовать локации, похехекал с пары шуток, нашёл несколько качественных сайдов и было приятно видеть последствия моих решений в них спустя часы, когда вновь встречал этих персонажей. Но сопартийцы не заинтересовали, а губчитость врагов после первой половины игры начала раздражать.

Первый вывод - игра гораздо лучше, чем многие про нее говорят. Если Скайрим, Обливион и Фоллаут душат меня медленными боями и бесконечными диалогами, то тут мне было гораздо легче. В игре есть отличная вещь - во время диалогов можно открыть объяснение по местным словам (про богов, расы и даже ругательства) - проще вспомнить про кого речь идет. Ну и самое главное, что меня держало - бои. Они масштабнее, интереснее и бодрее. За мага - так вообще на экране творится веселье и анал-карнавал. Короче, еще одна игра в разряд "СОЙДЕТ" - далеко не шедевр, но играется комфортно

[PC Game Pass] J'ai aimé me perde dans ce jeu trop grand pour moi, malgré une carte mensongère. De jour comme de nuit, chaque zones traversables étaient un plaisir à découvrir, malgré les monstres à chaque virages. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la manière dont on "écrivait" le background de notre personnage, et les moments de répit au camp qui m'ont beaucoup plus plu que dans BG3. Écoutez juste. Si vous n'avez jamais rencontré la licence Pilars of Eternity et que vous connaissez de loin Elder Scrolls, ce jeu à des chances de vous plaire. Ah, et il faut aimer les champignons et les araignées multicolores.

Similar to the outerworlds I felt the game have such potential but just not reached. For me this was a solid good game but I was let down mostly by the story. Was hoping for a bit more and felt most of my time was spent doing all the side quests/bounties/etc. vs the main story.
